Something Missing

Evelyn sighed she was sitting at dinner with Parrish who had somehow talked her into going on another date with him she was starting to like him but she still wasn't over Derek. What's wrong he asked. Nothing it's just I feel like I'm missing something Evelyn said. What do you mean missing something Parrish asked. I don't know it's just a bad feeling Evelyn said. I I should get home to check on Lexie she said standing up.

Evelyn walked into her classroom looking at her desk she had a weird feeling that something was missing there was an empty spot on her desk she had a weird feeling like something should be there something someone important had given her but she couldn't remember who. She shook her head going to sit behind her desk. Pushing the feeling away.

Evelyn sat down at her desk pulling out a peice of paper and pen she knew it was stupid by this point she knew she was never going to send these letters but she had developed a habit over the last couple months of writing letters to Derek when things got hard just like how she used to go talk to him. After writing it she tucked the letter into a box that contained all the other letters that she had written. There was about twenty of them by now all neatly placed in the box she could remember someone teasing her about it but who she thought it wasn't Scott. Lydia would never do that Malia wouldn't have either so who had Evelyn pushed the thought away focusing back on her work.

Evelyn walked into the woods following her instincts she walked through the trees ending up at a creek. A memory flashed through her mind someone in the creek calling her name. He was drowning Evelyn realized but who was he she wondered all she knew was that he was somehow important to her. Evelyn walked back through the woods looking for anything else. I wasn't a werewolf yet and I wasn't out here alone she heard Scott say. You feel it to she asked coming out of the trees to see Scott, Lydia and Malia standing in a circle. I know this sounds crazy but I think I had a best friend Scott whispered. And I think he was out here with me that night. It doesn't sound crazy Malia said quickly. I know that someone chained me up and I think that they wanted me to stay human. I came school this morning and I was sure I was supposed to meet someone Lydia said but I couldn't remember who it was supposed to be I have been looking for them all day. Whoever it is I think I loved him Lydia said pain and sadness filling her voice. I have had this feeling all day like there's someone that I'm missing someone else who should be with you guys Evelyn said. What if we're all missing the same person Scott asked he pulled something out of his pocket and I think that he was in this picture he said. He was sitting right there Lydia said pointing to the space In front of her in the picture. Lydia Evelyn asked. He was right next to me Lydia said.

Evelyn sat in the darkness of the apartment Lydia, Malia and Scott were trying to remember. She leaned back closing her eyes having a bad feeling she wasn't going to get much sleep in the next few days. Not until they remembered.
