Evelyn walked into the hospital. She had gotten a call from Ethan, something about his boyfriend being sick, and Scott was not going to believe that he hadn't done it. She had left Lexie with Allison, promising to explain later. She walked in to see the place filled with an overflow of patients. She ducked to the side, looking around the small divided beds for Ethan and Scott. "Evelyn!" she heard someone call. Evelyn turned to see Scott, Ethan, and Melissa McCall standing over another teen.

"What's wrong?" She asked, jogging over as Melissa pulled out a needle from the teen's chest.

"His lung collapsed," Ethan said shakily.

 "Why?" Evelyn prompted.

"Mistletoe," Scott grumbled, looking accusingly at Ethan.

"Well, not really a werewolf weapon," Evelyn said. "too much chance they might live, and" she stopped as she saw the three people staring at her, Ethan smirking, while Scott and Ms. McCall looked horrified. "Anyway, Ms McCall, I saw you're understaffed and overwhelmed. I could help," Evelyn offered as the boys turned to leave.

 "How?" Melissa asked.

"I can heal," Evelyn said, "the less traumatic wounds I can heal, and they'll chalk it up to the trauma of the crash." Melissa nodded, leading Evelyn outside, where she walked around the waiting area, healing people until they heard a loud crash coming from outside. Evelyn turned, looking straight at Melissa before both ran outside. They saw that a car had crashed into another parked car. Evelyn rushed forward to join the boys.

Ethan looked back as she approached. "Where's Lexie?" He asked.

"Safe," Evelyn said, simply knowing that while Ethan may not be a threat, others were listening. Ethan nodded, turning and walking away, sparing her a glance over his shoulder. She had a complicated relationship with the twins.

Evelyn watched as the deputies swarmed the car. The sheriff was talking to Stiles, who had popped up out of nowhere, and Scott. Evelyn looked around, trying to see if there were any clues that the deputies might miss. "What are you doing?" A woman said from behind her.

"Shit," Evelyn muttered, recognizing the voice. "Ms. Greame," she said brightly, turning to see Tara Greame standing behind her. The woman had been a math teacher at the middle school Evelyn had volunteered at during high school back when she had thought she wanted to be a teacher.

"Evelyn Argent," Tara said, surprised. The last I heard of you, you'd run away from home just up and disappeared in the middle of the night, one of our most confusing cases."

"Yeah, that was a misunderstanding," Evelyn said. "Anyway, I should get going, she said, turning only for Stiles to call out her name."

"Evelyn," he called again, running toward her as his father talked to Melissa.

"Well, looks like I'm not going anywhere," she muttered.

"Did you find anything?" Scott asked as the boys reached Evelyn. Tara cleared her throat, causing them to look up.

"Oh, hi. Tara," Stiles said, "We were talking about a scavenger hunt." He lied.

"Stiles, you're a horrible liar," the deputy told him. "Just don't let your father catch you," she said before walking away. They turned to watch her go, noticing that Sherrif Stlinski was on the phone.

"Hey," Stiles said, nodding to Scott. "Can you hear that?" He asked, tilting his head towards his father. Scott focused on the call.

"They found a body," he said.

 "The on-call doctor," Evelyn breathed.

"And I bet Dr Anderson isn't far behind," Stiles muttered.
