The cold never bothered me anyway

"Let's take sphere, he said... oh yeah, great idea," Wally said with a huff, pacing back and forth in the snow. "One electromagnetic pulse was all it took for us to be crash-landing in the snow."

"To be fair, none of us knew that device was an EMP emitter," M'gann said, grasping Conner's hand in her own.

"Uh M'gann, Robin said that's what he thought the thing was when Connor first grabbed it. He told us all not to take it," Artemis said, crossing her arms over her chest.

"P-please don't d-drag me into th-this," Dick said, shivering violently. The same blast that had taken down sphere had also fried the specialized heating Bruce had installed in his suit. Needless to say, he wasn't doing too hot.

A few other members of the team were shivering as well, all of them huddling close together to preserve as much heat as possible.

"M-M'gann? Could y-you m-m-make an igloo o-or s-something?" Dick asked quietly.

"Good idea Robin," Kaldur said. "M'gann, would you be so kind as to build us a bit of shelter?"

"Of course," M'gann replied, turning to the blank white canvas of land in front of them.

An igloo began to form in front of them, just as light snow began to fall.

"We can continue this conversation once we're inside," Kaldur said, grabbing Wally, who was still trying to argue with Conner and pulling him away.

Everyone hurried inside, paying no attention to the still form of their youngest teammate lying unmoving in the snow.

Dick could feel his heartbeat slowing, his body shutting down because of the cold. He was a talon, he knew he'd be alright. He just wished he could warn his friends so they wouldn't worry as much when they inevitably found him without a pulse in the snow.

Unfortunately, the feeling of life slowly draining from his body was all to familiar to Dick, he'd been shoved into the court's cryogenic freezing pods more times than he'd like to think about.

That didn't make it fun though...
