The Earth looks so small today. It really puts it into perspective how small everything on Earth truly is. It's a perspective I don't think people can truly grasp until they see this view. Spending your entire life on Earth it is easy to consider the planet the center of the universe, and not some insignificant little marble in the middle of a random solar system in one of countless galaxies. It really puts the scope of your problems into perspective.
I made sure to take a picture for Dad and Diego to see, although I know it's not the same as seeing it in person. Looking at the picture made me realize how far away I was from home.
Pretty soon we will hardly be able to see Earth at all. To think that everything we had ever experienced happened on that one little speck.
