"We must leave," was the newest message from the dragon man. He seems to believe another attack is imminent. I try not to laugh, but when Commander Hunt and Lee start mocking his calls, it is hard to keep my cool. I wonder if this man calls for company. He knows we will ignore him, so he comes up with the most extravagant stories imaginable to get our attention. Loneliness can be a dangerous feeling and it's something I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
Maybe I won't end up as lonely as I thought. Today Commander Hunt surprised me outside my quarters and kissed me. It might have led to more, but we quickly parted when we heard Lee in the other room.
I am trying not to get too excited. Things on Europa just seem to have a way of going sour. Every time we reach a milestone or things seem to be going well for the team something happens. Maybe we are due for some good luck now and I have the right to try and find happiness, or maybe our luck is set to change again.
