The survivor from the Chinese lives. This morning he left the camp on one of their Humvees and began to drive directly in the direction of our camp. According to Lee's translation the man has been repeating phrases such as "you can't leave without me," and "I won't let you leave me behind."
There is no guarantee he will make it here, but as of right now he is directly on target. Commander Hunt has made it clear that no matter what we cannot allow this man to enter our camp, even if he is running low on oxygen. Our number one priority is our safety.
If I am being honest, I have a really bad feeling about this encounter. Our camp is still a day's travel away, so hopefully he takes a detour before then.
