Just like in anime, the sound of Nayeon's slap at the back of Jeongyeon's head echoed in their house
"Do you really have the guts to joke about it?!" Nayeon
During breakfast at Yoo's residence, Ryujin gave the letter Chaeyoung left to her parents.
"I'm just trying to lighten up the atmosphere" Jeongyeon
"Our poor Chaeyoung... Why is this happening to her?" Nayeon looked at Ryujin "Always keep in touch with Heejin. Never leave her side" she said before turning her back and wiping the side of her eyes
Ryujin can feel the pain of her parents.
She once heard from her aunts that Chaeyoung is Nayeon and Jeongyeon's first child.~
Later that day...
When Jeongyeon comes home from work, she stays outside their house to think. She does it more often just to clear her thoughts.
Nayeon handed the can of beer to Jeongyeon and sat beside her on their front porch stairs.
"Why are you here alone?" Nayeon asked
"I'm with you" Using her free hand, Jeongyeon held Nayeon and intertwined their fingers "I'm no longer by myself"
Nayeon chuckles "Our kids are getting older, so are we but you stay the same Jeongyeon that I fell in love with"
Jeongyeon smirks "You're now admitting that you're old"
Nayeon smiles faintly and leans on Jeongyeon "If it means growing old with you. I am more fine telling everyone that I'm old"
"Let's stay like this until our hair turns gray" Jeongyeon kissed the top of Nayeon's head
"Let's hope that Chaeyoung will be fine" Nayeon suddenly utter
"I know that she will" Jeongyeon replied "Mina's with her, there's nothing they can't conquer when they are together"
