Author's pov 

Dharmendra and everyone present there are looking at Suryakanta with confusion because Suryakanta is laughing not any kind but a whole hearted free laugh like Dharmendra has cracked some joke. 

Dharmendra is clearly getting pissed because of her laughter and others aren't able to understand the reason behind it. They have never seen their princess behave like this on such a serious issue. 

"Rajkumari kya ap yaha upasthit sabhi ko apni is hasi ka karan bykat karengi? (Princess will you tell everyone who is present here why are you laughing?)" king asked sternly as he didn't liked how it was going 

Someone has asked her hand for marriage on their own and here she is laughing. 

"Hum kyu has rahe hai? Hum to Kehte Hain aap sab ko bhi hasna chahiye zor zor se wo bhi Prajapati ne itna acha chutkula jo sunaya hai Humein. Agar ap hamari sune maharaj Prajapati ko vidushak ka karya bhi de hi dijiye. Bahut hasayenge woh sabhi ko.

 (Why am I laughing? I suggest You all should laugh as well that Prajapati had cracked such a good joke to us. If you listen to me then king I will request you to give Prajapati the post of joker (vidushak is a person who used to make people laugh by cracking jokes in ancient time they used to be hired in royal courts) he will make everyone laugh very much)" Surykanta said controlling her laughter hardly but again she started laughing 

A few tears leaked from her eyes because of laughing hard. 

Dharmendra took a deep breath, his patience is running out. He isn't understanding what she is trying to do. 

"Ap kyu has rahi hai Rajkumari? Humne koi chutkula to nahi sunaya hai. Humne vivah ka prastav diya hai apke liye apka ye byabhar anuchit hai.(why are you laughing princess? I didn't Crack any jokes. I gave a marriage proposal to you and your behaviour is not acceptable) " Dharmendra asked her after controlling his anger 

Suryakanta stopped laughing and looked at him keenly and got up from her royal seat. Everyone who doesn't like Dharmendra is waiting for the drama to unfold in front of them. They can guess she will do something interesting for them to see and enjoy. 

"Ek kshan Rukiye apne chutkula nahi sunaya? Ap sach me Humse vivah karna chahte hai? (wait a second you didn't Crack a joke? You really want to marry me?)" Surykanta asked becoming serious as if it's something out of her imagination 

"Aapko kya lagta hai Rajkumari hum yaha samay vyarth kar rahe hai sabke sath? (What do you think princess I'm wasting my time here with everyone?)" Dharmendra asked angrily a bit now 

Suryakanta started laughing again hearing this and looked at everyone who was staring at her curiously. 

"Suna aap sabhi ne? Prajapati Dharmendra Humse yani Suryagarh ki Rajkumari Suryakanta se vivah karna chahte hai! Unki sahas ki prasangsa karte hai hum. Yadi sahas na hota to wo kaise suryagarh ki Rajkumari se vivah ka prastav de dete bhala? (Did you all hear? Prajapati Dharmendra wants to marry me the princess of Suryagarh. I really appreciate his bravery. If he wasn't brave enough, how would he have given the proposal to the princess isn't it?) '' Surykanta said in a degrading tone 

She portrayed the marriage proposal as a very low thing to do. Her tone was laced with mockery. 

"Rajkumari ap kehna kya chahti hai spast kahe. (princess say clearly whatever you want to say)" king said getting angry now 

He likes Dharmendra and his daughter's abnormal behaviour is not pleasing to him at all. Dharmendra is anticipating something really bad from Suryakanta. He can guess that today she will do something which will increase his hatred more.
