Sheryaar ran towards Marium's unconscious body and picked her up in bridal style immediately.
"Marium behosh ho gayi hai koi hakima sahiba ko bulao (Marium has fainted someone call the lady doctor)" Sheryaar shouted and a maid rushed to do that immediately who was nearby
He went upstairs in his room and laid her down in the bed.
"Marium utho! Marium! (Marium wake up! Marium)" Sheryaar said while patting her cheeks but she didn't woke up
Zeenat Begum was present there as she heard Sheryaar shouting in the hall.
"Choti ammi jaan ye thik to hai na? Hosh kyu nahi araha hai ise? (mother she is fine right? Why isn't she waking up?)" Sheryaar asked Zeenat Begum clearly worried.
Who herself looked a bit confused about Marium's condition.
"Hakima sahiba ko aane do wahi batayengi kya hua hai Marium ko (Let the lady doctor come she will tell what has happened to Marium)" Zeenat Begum said calmly
After a while the lady doctor came and asked Sheryaar to leave the room as she needed to check Marium. Sheryaar left immediately and the doctor checked her.
Sheryaar was walking back and forth outside of his room waiting for the lady doctor to come out and tell what was wrong. Thousands of questions were running inside his head and he wasn't getting any answers.
His wait ended finally when she came out with a bright smile on her face.
"Kya hua hai Marium ko? Thik hai na wo? (what has happened to Marium? Is she fine?)" Sheryaar asked immediately as soon he saw her
"Ji woo Bilkul thik hai aisi halat Mein ye bahaut mamuli baat hai (yes she is absolutely fine in this condition it's very normal to happen)" the lady doctor said with a smile making Sheryaar frown
"Kaisi halat? Kya hua kya hai use? (what condition? What has happened to her?)" Sheryaar asked losing his patience thinking she might be seriously sick
"Mubarak ho Chote Nawab apki begum pet se hai (congratulations Young Nawab your wife is pregnant)" the last doctor said and the news left Sheryaar shocked
It took him a few minutes to process that he is going to be a father and Marium is pregnant.
He blinked once, twice, thrice and then a big smile formed on his face.
"Wo pet se hai? (she is pregnant?)" Sheryaar asked and the lady doctor nodded in yes
Sheryaar removed a ring from his hand which he was wearing and gave it to the lady doctor for telling him such good news. He is going to be a father and this is big news for him. He is feeling as if he is the happiest person on the planet.
