1.34 We're here to train.

Later that day I was asked to meet at an old abandoned place on the outskirts of town. When I arrived I saw only Oliver standing there.
"What are you doing here, Adaline?" Oliver called out

"I was asked to be here, Oliver." I said back

"Where is Barry?" He asked

"Late as usual." I said standing beside him

There was a comfortable silence between us that I decided to break.

"So you're the Arrow." I said

"Yes." He said calmly

"It's all good, it's quite cool." I said

"You can say that." He said
"You know Roy?" I asked
He looked at me, confused.

"How do you know Roy?" He asked
"My brother, Mateo. He's a detective at GCPD." I explained

"So you are one of those people with powers?" He asked

"You mean Meta-humans?" I asked

"Yeah." He said

"Not by choice." I said

"What is that? Felicity called it a dampening cuff." He explained

"That it is, it dampens my powers because Dr. Wells doesn't think I have control. Unless I'm around Barry, then they don't seem so bad." I said

"So about you two." He said

"Look-" I was interrupted by a gust of wind and the sound of footsteps hitting the ground.

"Hey." Barry yelled

"You're late. Barry, how can you have super speed and still be late?" Oliver asked

"Sorry, I guess the super tardiness neutralizes it." Barry said
"It's a talent only Barry Allen possesses." I said smiling

"So how do we catch Bivolo here?" Barry asked

"Oh no, we don't here. We're here to train." Oliver said

"What?" Barry and I said in unison

"Train?" I asked

"Like Rocky?" Barry asked

"It's a him thing, not an us thing, right?" I asked

"Yes, a him thing." Oliver said annoyed

"I read your friend Iris' blog post on the Flash, and I visited all the crime scenes you fought at." Oliver said

"All of them?" I asked

"Don't you sleep?" Barry asked

I looked at both of them before walking off.

"Where are you going?" Barry called out

"For a walk." I yelled

"Don't go far!' He yelled

"Don't tell me what to do." I yelled back

Several minutes later I was walking back when I saw Oliver pointing an arrow directly at Barry. Oliver was about to release it when I ripped the cuff off and appeared in front of Barry stopping the arrow.

"What are you doing?" I yelled

Oliver's eyes grew wide before the sound behind us went off. I heard Barry groan behind me, I turned to see him in pain.
"Barry?" I asked

"Ah! You shot me?" Barry yelled

He was panting in pain, as I grabbed his face.

"Hey look at me." I said

"I heard you heal fast." Oliver said ripping the two arrows out of his back

Barry's eyes grew wide as I looked away, hugging him. We turned to see Oliver walking off toward the building.

"Put your cuff on, just in case." He said softly still panting
I quickly slipped the cuff back on.

"I'm sorry, I thought he was going to hurt you." I said
"No, it's okay." He said grabbing my hand walking us to the building
