Later I was sitting watching Caitlin stitch up Wells as Cisco is looking over the plans for the containment system trying to figure out why it failed.
"I've been going over the data and I still don't know why the containment systems failed, I must have missed something. I'm sorry." Cisco said
"It's not your fault, Cisco. But if you three feel the need to apologize for something, you might start with not telling me that Ronnie is still alive." Wells said
"I asked the two of them not to say anything. Once I saw what Ronnie had become, I needed...I needed time to see if I could make him whole again. I'm sorry, I know you're mad." Caitlin explained
"No. I don't know what I would have done differently in your situation. I know I have made you a lot of promises. I know I've not been able to keep them all, but on my life, I promise you this... We will bring Ronnie home." Wells said
Caitlin nodded before he turned to me.
"How are you?" He asked
"I need to talk to Barry." I said getting up walking out

I drove straight home, showering and getting dressed for Joe's Christmas get together. I walked next door seeing Caitlin, Cisco with Iris and Eddie. I smiled walking straight to Iris, pulling her in for a hug. "Hey." She said "Hey." I whispered pulling back
We all went and sat down in the living room waiting for Barry and Joe, I was in between Caitlin and Cisco as Iris sat on Eddie's lap. The door opened several minutes later, I turned to see Joe walk in first.
"Hey!" Joe called out
"Hey!" We all cheered back
"What are you guys doing here?" Barry asked
"I invited them." Joe said
"I normally come over." I joked
Barry had already removed his jacket placing it over the couch, as Joe removed his.
"Where's Dr. Wells?" Joe asked
"Uh, he wasn't feeling up for the social gathering, but he appreciated the invitation. Eggnog?" Caitlin said
