Caitlin and I walked away getting Barry to the treadmill room, placing him down on the floor. He groaned in pain, causing me to wince.

"I'm not healing fast anymore." He said looking at me

I shook my head.

"That's unfortunate." He said

Caitlin and I began hooking the treadmill up to the proper wires.

"Don't worry, when Dr. Wells has a theory, he's usually right." Caitlin said

"What if something happens to Joe and Iris first?" Barry huffed

The sound of electricity crackled behind me, he had to be in the control room when I felt

an arm wrapped around my waist pulling me into their chest. Barry swiftly pulled us toward the closet across the room when we heard his footsteps toward the door.

"Did you know the human body generates electricity? The average person gives off 342 watts, and I can smell it coming from you." he said

I grabbed both Caitlin and Barry's hands, genuinely afraid. A light was turned thinking Cisco got the generator on, the three of us walked and Barry jumped on the treadmill.

"Turn on the treadmill." Barry said

"You are still hurt." Caitlin said

"We don't have time!" Barry yelled

Caitlin walked over to the switch, pausing.

"Caitlin!" He yelled

"I can't." Caitlin said

"We don't have a choice." Barry said

I walked up to him.

"Barry, if she turns this on, it could kill you." I said

"And if she doesn't, we could all die." he said

"I already lost someone I cared about in this building, I can't do it again." Caitlin expressed

"Listen, someone once told me that I was struck by that lightning for a reason, that it chose me. I'm not sure I believe it. Right now it doesn't matter what I believe. What do you two believe?" He asked

I looked at him grab back onto the treadmill, staring back at me.

"You promised." I whispered

"And intend on keeping it, now please." He whispered back

"I believe in you, Barry Allen." i whispered

I took a step back, feeling tears pooling in my eyes.

"Do it, Cait." I said

I kept my eyes on Barry as I heard the switch being flipped as electricity flowed through Barry's body.

"Barry!" I yelled

Barry was thrown from the treadmill hitting the wall, lying on the floor.

"My god, are you okay?" I asked as we slid on the floor in front of him

"Did you feel anything?" Caitlin asked

His hand began to vibrate before it started cutting out.

"It didn't work." Barry whispered

There was a bang causing us to help Barry up and walk out of the Cortex and out into the hall. There were strikes of light before seeing a body being thrown into the wall down the hall.

"Tony?" Barry and I asked

We walked toward him as he tried to get up.

"Tony, what are you doing?" Barry asked
