We arrived back at S.T.A.R. Labs, after placing Hartley in the pipeline once more, Barry went to change as I went to the Cortex.
"You know people probably saw you." Caitlin said
"That didn't matter at that moment, Barry's safety did." I said putting my coat on the back of the chair before seating
"You know, you have shown an immense amount of control with your powers tonight, Adaline. I'm proud of you." Wells said
"Thank you Dr. Wells." I smiled
I heard footsteps behind Cisco and I.
"Okay!" Barry yelled
"How do you feel?" Caitlin asked
"Fine! I mean there is a little ringing in my ears, but other than that I'm good, so." Barry yelled
"You're yelling." I said grabbing Barry's hand
"Sorry." Barry said looking at everyone
"It's okay, it will pass." Caitlin said
Cisco and I got up, Cisco and Barry doing a handshake.
"Nice moves, thank you." Barry said
"Anytime. I think I'm going to take my doctor's advice and go lie down." Cisco said
"What a great idea." Caitlin said surprised
"Man, I feel like I'm hungover ten times." Cisco said with Caitlin following
"I'm not surprised." Caitlin replied
Now it was just Barry, Wells and I. I looked back and forth between the two. "I'll leave you two talk, I'll see you at the house?" I asked
He nodded. I grabbed the cuff off the table before shadowing home.

I showered and was dressed now walking downstairs to start making dinner. I was halfway done with dinner when a gust of wind came by, a pair of arms wrapped around my waist pulling into them. "Hello Allen." I said
"What's for dinner?" He asked
"Chicken piccata pasta." I said turning me to face him "Sounds delicious." He said
"And I think I want a glass of wine." I said "But you don't drink." He said hesitant
"I trust you." I whispered
He laid a kiss on my lips, we pulled away smiling as he squeezed my hand. "I'll run over to Joe's and grab a bottle of red wine." He said
He ran out the front door, running normally just in case Iris is next door. I heard the door open again.
"Hey, you grabbed it already?" I asked
I turned to see Joe.
"Hey Joe, what's up?" I asked
"I need a favor." He said
"Anything." I said
"I'm investigating Dr. Wells and I need your help." He said
