1.22 Brains over Brawns

I walked in, seeing Iris walking toward her.
"Iris, hey." I said
"Addie, hey." She said
"You know you can come by the house anytime right?" I asked
"Yeah, yeah I know." She said
"Okay." I said
"I've been meaning to ask you Iris, where's your shadow?" Liz asked
"What shadow?" Iris asked
"Barry, he hasn't been in all week." She said
"Getting his fix somewhere, and what can I get you, Addie?" Iris asked
"Um, my tea and two chocolate muffins." I said
"Adaline? Long time no see." A voice called out
I turned to see Tony standing at the door, smirking. I turned, rolling my eyes.
"Leave now." I whispered to Iris
"Tony." I said turning back to him
"I gotta say,  Adaline. You look amazing." Tony complemented
"Thanks Tony, can't say much for you." I said
"Oh yeah, I keep in shape. Got a gym at my place, been living out in Keystone on the West side, you should um- you should stop by sometime." Tony said
"You need a drink? I can get out of your way." I said stepping back
"No, I came to see Iris but seeing you was a bonus." He said
"How did you know she was here?" I asked
"I've been reading up on the streak, and found her little blog. I want to know why she's writing about this guy?" Tony asked
"People say he's a hero and I believe in him too." I said crossing my arms
"I say he's a coward, and I just happen to know that he took a beating last night and ran off like a little girl. She should write about that." Tony said
"I'll pass on the message." I said in an annoyed tone
He walked closer as I stood my ground, my eyes panes up seeing as he was almost a foot taller than me.
"Do you have an idea who the leather boy is?" Tony asked
"Not. A. Clue." I spit
He looked at me, I looked over my shoulder seeing my order ready.
"So if you would excuse me, I have to get back to work." I said turning
"Actually, I would prefer to buy you a drink. What time are you off?" Tony said
"Thanks Tony but i don't drink anymore and-" i said
"I don't think her boyfriend would approve. He works for CSI, I think you remember Mr. Barry Allen." Iris said
I turned to her, my eyes getting wide confused why she lied.
"Allen? You are back with Allen? I thought you two called it quits in high school?" He said
"That is none of your business." I said
"Come on Garcia, how about you try some brawn, I think you would like it?" He asked
"Just like in high school, I'm gonna choose brains over brawn any day, Tony." I replied
Liz called out for Iris and we both slowly looked at the TV seeing Tony's mugshot, I felt my heart pick up.
"It was lovely seeing you again, Tony, but I must be going." I said pulling out my phone
"Give me the phone, Adaline. Now." tony said
"No." I replied
Tony ripped the phone out of my hand, his hand morphing into metal as he crushed my phone. My mouth fell open as he dropped it in the tip jar, he looked at me with a disappointed look.
"I'm sorry, uh- for the damage." He said placing a large stack of bills in my hand
"We'll pick this up some other time." Tony said winking before turning and walking out
"Fuck." I said throwing the cash on the counter
I turned and looked to Iris,
"Do we call Eddie?" I asked
