Sevyn and Von hung around the same people but did not like each other. But they were just cordial. Until Von's birthday came up and Sevyn was the only friend of his that remembered.

Los Angeles, California August 13th Friday, 4:34 p.m.
When I decided I was done with the bath I picked everything up. Drained the water and turned the shower on. I just like to soak in the bath. I wash in the shower. I feel like im not clean unless I take a shower.
When I got out of the shower I dried off and put my robe on. I moisturized and went to my closet to start piecing together my outfit for me and Von's date.
Dayvon POV
When we dropped off Nala and Sevyn, we went and picked up Quincy and went to my house. I was gonna spend the whole day with Sevyn. But I got some drills to run so I gotta get ha later.
"Ion even wanna do that shit today for real." Jae said.
"I'll do that shit myself if y'all actin pussy." I said.
"Aint even about being pussy. You be fixin ta do this shit every damn day." Quincy said.
"Them niggas said they was gone kill us. We know where one of them is at. This the time. If yall don't wanna go. Shit. I'm going." I said getting up off my couch.
"I'mma stick his ass up and take his shit. I'll be back." I said tucking my gun in my pants.
"Nah. You needa car. Can't have you on foot wit it." Jae said getting up and Quincy got up too.
They don't be wanting to do this shit as much as me. But I will do it by my damn self. Ain't no nigga gone sit up and say they wanna kill me and I'm just sittin on my ass waitin fo it ta happen.
We left out and got in the car. When we started pulling up I pulled down my hat a little bit and waited. Jae stopped the car and I got out and looked around and started discreetly following him.
When he was alone I pulled the gun out and I saw the panic in his eyes.
"Face the motherfuckin wall. Turn around and I'll blow yo shit off." I said pointing the gun to his head and he turned around putting his hands up.
I kept the gun to his back and looked all over him. I snatched his chains off and got his wallet. And I found his gun. I grabbed it out of his pants and hit him hard as fuck wit it making him fall over.
"Man fuck yall niggas. Who yall gone kill?" I said pointing my gun at him while he was still on the ground and I kicked his stomach.
As I was looking at him I wanted to kill him. But I already got his chains and shit. Might as well let him be. But I know.
Now it's war.
I ran off running back to the car and Jae sped off.
"Lemme see the chains." Quincy said and I gave him one chain while I looked at the other.
