Sevyn POV

Los Angeles, California
May 12th
Tuesday, 5:30 A.M.

I woke up to my alarm and sat up to turn it off. I yawned and rubbed my eyes and searched for the remote to turn the TV off.

I turned the TV off and got out of the bed grabbing my IPad instead. I made the bed and went to the bathroom checking my notifications and saw Dayvon of course.

dayvon💋: getcho ass up

sevyn🫀: i just woke up dayvon

dayvon💋: call me imy

I peed really quick and wiped and washed my hands and called him on my iPad.

"Fuck took you so long?" Dayvon said as soon as the call connected.

"I was on the toilet when you texted me." I said.

"You was shittin?" Dayvon asked and i rolled my eyes.

"Are we that close?" I said turning the faucet on.

"We is." He said making me laugh.

I washed my face and when i got in the shower so did Dayvon.

45 MINUTES LATER, when i got out the shower i dried off and put my robe on.

"Are you coming with me?" I asked Dayvon moisturizing my face.

"You know I'm going. I can't wait to see it after you done kept it a secret fa so damn long." He said making me roll my eyes.

"I haven't kept it a secret it's a surprise." I smiled.

We're talking about my prom dress. I haven't showed Dayvon about anything i was even thinking about putting on the dress. I only told him the color so he can get his suit.

And I picked out his suit and he insisted on wearing Jordan's. And I'll let just him. But I'm retwisting his hair for prom that is FOR SURE.

"And you ain't right folks. I shoulda saw it befo everybody. And I paid for it." He said making me laugh.

"Trust me it's worth the wait. I can't wait to just get all dressed. Like this is going to be so nice." I smiled as i was putting my outfit together.

"If you happy I'm happy ma. But guess what. Guess what else we pickin up today?" Dayvon said and i raised an eyebrow.

"Oh so you've been keeping secrets from me too?" I said rolling my eyes and he laughed.

"Not a secret. A surprise." Dayvon mocked.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I got the grills ma. They ready ta get picked up." He said.

"You really got diamond grills Dayvon?" I said laughing. I didn't even believe him the first time.

"I was dead ass. You gone see ma. N then after imma take nana home and then we going to this meeting to see the album cover and decide which one." Von said. I love when he doesn't ask if I'm coming and just gives me no choice but to go.

It makes me happy that he just includes me in the plans and doesn't think about it. Because I love being around Dayvon.

I got dressed and put this on.
