Sevyn and Von hung around the same people but did not like each other. But they were just cordial. Until Von's birthday came up and Sevyn was the only friend of his that remembered.
I been woke up like 30 minutes ago. I have been anxious and pacing around. It's graduation day.

I don't give a speech but I am being honored for academics. My nana could not be more excited for today. But I am shitting BRICKS. Everything needs to look absolutely perfect.
I made the bed while I was up and I went into the bathroom as soon as my alarm went off. I turned on some music listening to the only artist whose music can instantly calm me down. Listening to Stranger by Jhene Aiko.
I turned on the shower and took off my clothes. I washed my face and brushed my teeth but before I got in the shower Dayvon FaceTimed me and I just instantly answered.
"I'm bout to get inna shower." Dayvon said.
"I'm already in it." I said taking a clean white rag from the closet and stepping in.
"You nervous? I know you nervous from yo texts last night." Dayvon said making me laugh.
"Babyyyy. What if I trip? Like what if something fucks up?" I said shaking my head lathering my rag in a bar of Dove soap.
"Nothin is gone fuck up ma. Cmon ma. Everybody been lookin forward to this day since pre fuckin k. Don't let yo nervousness get in a way." He said and I took a deep breath.
45 MINUTES LATER,when I got out of the shower I dried off and put my robe on. I opened the bathroom door letting the steam out and I did MORE than my facial routine. I let an aloe vera face mask sit on while I put on my lotions and body butters.
I put my robe and slippers back on and went to my dresser getting a fresh pair of bra and panties. Both being white. And I went to my closet and started putting on my clothes I folded up last night.

I adjusted my clothes in the mirror. I'm obviously waiting to put my heels on till at least after I finish my makeup.
I picked up the hanger with my cap and gown on it and laid it out on the bed. I did decorate my cap. I decorated Dayvon's too. But he said he didn't want to do too much so I did something I knew he would like and spelled out O Block in diamonds. And I put "7SEVYN7" in pink diamonds on mines.
