Chapter 9: The Hypnobrai

Lloyd's POV

"Next time try paying for your candy"

"Crime doesn't pay, muchacho"

"Mmm... Cotton candy"

I was enraged. 

Those ninja had mocked me just like everyone else.

I was going to make them pay. I just didn't know how.

I kicked a rock angrily.

"Stupid ninja. I'll show them who they're dealing with," I said angrily.

I continued to kick the rock as I walked through the snow.

It had been about an hour since I'd got down from that lamp post. Now I was just wandering aimlessly.

I kicked the rock again, and to my surprise I heard a loud clang. I went to see what it was.

It looked quite strange. I pushed some snow off it hoping that would reveal what it was, but I still couldn't tell.

Out of curiosity I pulled a lever. All of a sudden the floor opened, causing me to fall.

I got up and looked around. The place actually looked kinda homey for a giant hole in the ground.

I thought I was alone until I heard a voice say, "You are out of your mind to venture sssso far away from home, little one." 

The source of the voice then appeared. It was a serpentine with red eyes and blue, white, and yellow scales. He was holding some sort of scepter.

Terrified I slowly backed away from him.

"Look into my eyesssss," the serpentine said.

"Give up your mind." I continued to back away growing more and more scared by the minute.

Then I started to feel dizzy.

"I will control you."

Then I backed into a wall, causing me to come back to my senses and duck in terror.

I opened my eyes to see the serpentine staring into his reflection. He seemed to be in some kind of trance. I soon realized what had happened. That dumb snake had hypnotized himself!

I chuckled. I could use this to my advantage.

"No, I will control you from now on," I said.

"What shall you have usssss do, massssster," He asked.

"Us?" At that moment millions of serpentine appeared.

I smiled.

"My own army of snakes! Mwahahahahhaha!!!!"

Those ninja would learn their lesson.
