Wu's POV

"Why are we doing this again?" I asked as we walked now looking for something that wasn't the bounty.

"Because I need to give Misako a piece of my mind," Garmadon said.

"Who's Misako?" Harumi asked.

"My wife."

"Then why do you want to-"

"Because she didn't take care of our child while I was away!"

"Yes, she did. Maybe not in the best way possible, but-" I began.

"Leaving Lloyd at Darkly's is not taking care of him!"

"I think he actually enjoyed it at Darkly's," Harumi said.

"You're stupid."

"Do I need to remind you what happens when you call me names?" She twirled her knife menacingly.

"I thought I said to put away the weapons," I said.

"That was earlier. This is now. And if Garmadon gets to go on a stupid quest for his stupid wife, so he can yell at her for dropping Lloyd off at a stupid school then I can carry my knife."

"And we're here!" Garmadon said. I blinked.

"How do you know that?" I asked.

"I know my wife." He knocked on the door.

Soon Misako opened it. I gasped.

"You we're actually right!"

"Of course I was."

"Garmadon! How are you here?" Misako asked.

"That's not important. What's important is that you abandoned our child!"

"Oh, you-you heard about that."

"Yes, now I want a good long detailed reasoning, or I'm going to make you wish you were never born!"

"Okay." They went inside, and me and Harumi sat outside.

"So how was Lloyd when you saw him?" I asked.

"Good. And I mean both morally and emotionally. I don't know why he'd help out the serpentine," Harumi said.

"I don't know either. How come you didn't know he was with the serpentine?"

"Because my parents forced us to stop being friends. They didn't want me to be friends with a villain. Even though he wasn't one!"

"I think they should be more worried about your potential future as a villain."

"I don't think it's a problem. It's not like anyone's stupid enough to mess with me."

"I don't think so. You don't really seem like the type of kid to threaten people."

"I don't? Should I change that?"

"No! You should stop threatening people!"

"Never!"

"Fine! But we're talking more about this later!" Garmadon said as he walked out. "She gave me the exact same reason you gave me. Then told me to go back to the bounty, so I can, 'rescue my child'."

"Are you not going to rescue him?" Harumi asked.

"I am, but it's clear she just wanted me to leave her alone. I swear when I see her again I'm going to make her suffer."

"Can I help?" Harumi asked.

"No."

"But-"

"How about neither of you hurt Misako."

"Why are you defending her?"

"I don't want you hurting anyone!"

"That better be the reason!"

"It is! Why would you suspect anything else?"

"No reason..."

"What are you two talking about?" Harumi asked.

"Nothing!" We said at the same time.
