Lloyd's POV

I'd started leading them out when someone tapped my shoulder.

I jumped out of fear. But it wasn't anyone to be afraid of just a little serpentine girl, who had pink scales.

I asked, "Aren't you supposed to be with the rest of them?"

She said, "Yes, but I don't listen to you. I don't listen to anyone."

I paled. Was she going to attack me?

She said, "Don't act so scared. It's not like I'm going to attack you."

"B-But aren't you a serpentine?"

"Yes, what does that have to do with me attacking you?"

"Nothing. I just thought that serpentine hated people."

"Most do, but not me. It's one of the many ways I'm different."

"What are the other ways?"

"I'm the youngest. I'm also the only child."

I was shocked.

"The only child? How?"

"My parents were the only ones who didn't care about the fact that having kids meant another mouth to feed. And no one wants another mouth to feed since we didn't have much food down there. By the way my name's Hebi."

"Hi, Hebi. My name's Lloyd. Lloyd Garmadon"

"Okay, Lloyd Garmadon. Is it okay if I call you Lloydie?"

"No."

"Kay, Lloydie."

"I said no"

"And I don't listen to anyone. Can we be friends?"

"Not if you're gonna continue calling me Lloydie"

"Got it, Lloydie."

"Please, stop calling me that."

"No."

"UGH"

"Now that we're friends. Can I boss people around too?"

"I never said we were friends."

"But we are."

"No, we're not."

"Yes, we are."

"No, we're not."

"Look, we can go back and forth all day, or we can just both agree that we're friends."

"But-"

"Shhhh. I don't wanna go back and forth all day."

I sighed. There was no way I was getting rid of her.

Author's Note: Lloydie is Lloyd's nickname now. It's pronounced Lloyd-ee. Just in case anyone was confused.
