Nya's POV

I was looking around Jamanakai village when I heard some screaming.

"What now," I wondered aloud.

"Take the candy! Take it all! Mwahahahah," a boy yelled. Behind him were serpentine, including one holding a staff, who I assumed was the general.

"Yeah, cause we love candy," yelled a pink serpentine, who was following the boy around.

"Shut up, Hebi," the boy said.

"No," Hebi said, and the two began to fight.

Ignoring the boy and Hebi's fighting, the serpentine hypnotized all of the citizens. I was lucky I didn't get hypnotized myself.

"Thisssss makessss no ssssssenssssse, general. Raiding an entire town for ssssssweetsssss," said a serpentine to the general.

"You will do assss I command, because I hold the ssssstaff," Yelled the general.

Some time later after the boy yelled, "I'm never coming down from this sugar high," the ninja came to help.

"Sorry to bust your buzz, little Garmadon," Cole said.

"But it's already past your bedtime," Jay finished. They're such good friends. Even when they're fighting villains they manage to finish each other's sentences.

"Jokes on you! We don't have a bedtime," Hebi said

"Shut up," The boy said again

"No. Focus on defeating the ninja," Hebi said.

"Fine," The boy said annoyed.

"Get them," The boy yelled, putting his focus back on the fight.

"Seize them," The general yelled.

"The serpentine? They're real," Kai asked. I chuckled. He really didn't believe they were real.

The villagers came preparing to attack them.

"It's not just them we have to worry about. The whole village has been hypnotized," Cole said.

Jay attempted to use his nunchucks, but Zane quickly stopped him.

"No. Our weapons are to unstable. We could do more harm than good," Zane said.

"I guess that leaves us with.... RUN!!!!!," Jay said.

They quickly ran, and I began to chase after them.

"Nya," Kai asked.

"Your okay," Jay yelled happily.

"I was so worried about you! I thought you might've gotten hypnotized," Cole yelled happily. I sighed. I was used to Kai, but I didn't want to see Jay or Cole worried.

"Don't worry about me. I'm fine, but the rest of the town isn't. They've hypnotized everyone," I said.

"Mind control? How is this possible," Jay asked. He was so cute when he was confused.

"When you hear them rattle their tales don't look them in the eyes. That's how they get you," I warned them.

"Well, what are we supposed to do? We can't use our weapons, and now we gotta fight with our eyes closed! Ha! Perfect," Jay yelled angrily.

"The snake with the staff is the general. He's the one in charge. If we can get the staff from him it holds the antivenom. If we can get that we can save everyone," I said.

"Look, guys. Forget about the whole green ninja thing. Let's make sensei proud. The four of us we're a team," Kai said.

"Now you're talking," Cole said.
