Hyunjin's pov
I sat by the lake watching the water, for some reason I always find it relaxing and calming...I love the sea too but since we live in Seoul the closest thing I get is rivers and lakes.
" this is really a small world" I whispered smiling sadly who thought that the person I was looking for is Lee Minho...I am thankful for him...I owe the older my life, my mom got justice thanks to what he did...

I took the ring I got from the pawn store moving it between my fingers, I didn't think that he had gone through something as hurtful as this...all of us heard about the agent that lost his family because of kang but his identity was kept secret...and since we were out of the country at that time he had no idea who was it...i took a deep breath staring at the diamond...it is true that I spent most of my childhood training and my mom was busy with her job but when she died....I have never felt so broken before...she was the only family I had left...and she was killed so I get it...i know what it means to lose someone you care dearly for...our relationship was complicated but I loved her and so did she.
" I miss you" I said staring at the sky before my grip tightened on the ring...lee minho punished your killer and I will do everything in my power to bring justice to his family...that's a promise.

I immediately glanced behind me after I heard a faint movement to be met with lee minho, his eyes widened in shock when I looked at him before his expression went back to his usual blank ones.
" what are you doing here?" I asked putting my hands inside my pocket to hide the ring.
" I am aware that this area belongs to you but i need to go for a run" he replied making me frown.
"You can run here whenever you want" I answered getting up " felix was joking the other day" I added making him nod, I heard the younger talk about it with chan hyung the other day.

"That's great to know" he whispered nodding his head " you have strong hearing don't you?" He added, oh that's why he was surprised when I caught him...he probably was trying to run away without me noticing.
" I need it to be considered my job" I answered making the other title his job.
"And what do you do that requires good hearing?" He asked.
"Is our rude neighbour interested in knowing me? I am honoured " I answered,I raised my eyebrow when I saw him walk toward me stopping a foot away.
"I am just curious about why seven men move out to the middle of nowhere" he said scanning my face...his arms were crossed above his chest as he looked at me with skeptical expressions.

" i was joking with you...I just looked your way" I said chuckling.
"You didn't answer my question..."
"I am an Artist are you happy?" I cut him off...he hummed before he took a step away from me. I gulped scanning his sharp features, he is so beautiful...i shook my head trying not to think about him like that...I mean he is attractive but I am in a messy relationship right now not to forget the older's past...a man who gave up on everything just to take revenge for his wife and child won't easily consider others.
"If you say so hwang hyunjin" he said about to leave but I grabbed him by his hand." Wait" I said letting go of him immediately when he glared at me.

"What?" He asked confused.
"Thank you" I answered making the other frown.
"About?" He asked again.
"You know...for the car the other day....thank you" I lied.
"That was nothing and it was days ago...your friend brought me medicines as a thank you for that...we are even" he answered, I just stared blankly at him before I nodded.
"That's great" I replied " if you are going back home i am leaving now too...maybe we should walk together " I added.
His mouth opened and closed as if he was about to say something but stopped "Sure" he said before he started to work.
No yelling this time...I was expecting him to refuse my request...interesting...

We started to walk in silence as none of us said a word by you could feel the tension.
"We did you move in here?" He asked finally breaking the silence.
"Why did you? " I asked back." I will tell you if you tell me" I added.
" then I don't want to know" he answered making me laugh.
"Are you always this serious?" I asked.
"Just for the past two years" he said as if it meant nothing making me groan internally, I bite my lips glancing at him from the corner of my eyes.
"What happened two years ago?" I asked.
