Jeongin's pov( next day)
One...two...and punch...I was in the training room working out...we didn't go into a new mission since seungmin hyung got shot so I decided to do some boxing just to move around a bit and kill some time...I feel like I am becoming rusty.
Speaking of seungmin hyung, it is so damn hard seeing the older like that...just sitting without being able to move around...I know it is for his own good...he needs time to fully heal...but I wish he didn't have to go through this...it is not fair...he is a good person...he was doing his job and that man...just...destroyed everything...

"Damn it" I yelled growing a strong punch at the punching bag in frustration.
"What did the bag do to deserve this?"I looked toward the entrance so fast that I almost snapped my neck...I am good at sneaking in on people not the other way around...it has never happened to me before if you don't count hyunjin and felix hyung those two are so good...actually they trained me, so how did I not notice the older coming?
"Jeongin are you okay?" Minho hyung said his expression changing into a more serious one.
"I am fine" I said removing the gloves before I threw them away.
"You don't look fine" he replied approaching me.
"Hyung..."
"I know we are not close yet but you can talk to me" the older said taking me of guard...I mean yeah, it is still different with him...I am not saying that I am not willing to try...I already agreed that I will...I...we just didn't get the chance to even talk with everything going on...like really talk.

"I was thinking about seungmin hyung...he didn't deserve what happened to him" I said grabbing the bottle of water from the ground. I ran my hand through my sweaty hair...it is cold outside yet I am sweating like crazy.
"Life is not fair, innocent people get hurt...kids dies...and..." the older paused glancing at the floor then back to me " seungmin has all of you...us...he will get through this" he added.
" and you have us now as well" I said making the older frown" I mean all of us are here for you...and we will do our best to avenge your family " I added.
"I trust that you will " minho hyung said as his lips curved into a small smile...a moment of silence filled the room as none of us said a word.

I have to admit, it is still awkward between us...it reminded me of when changbin and chan hyung joined us...we took time to open up and get close romantically unlike jisung hyung who we clicked immediately...well he made the first move...but for seungmin hyung It was the other way around...I approached him first.
"Jeongin" minho hyung said pulling me out of my thoughts.
"What?" I asked clearing my throat.
"It may not be the right time...but do you want to have dinner with me later?" I was taken back by the older's question...I was not expecting that.
"Hyung are you asking me out into a date?" I said chuckling.

"I am" minho hyung replied nodding his head " I feel like it is time to get to know each other " he added.
"Why did you ask me first? You still have chan and changbin hyung...I mean you are comfortable with the others....mostly hyunjin hyung but you could have went out with them why me?" I asked tilting my head.
"Because you hate the fact that I joined you" minho hyung said making me freeze...well I did.
"It was nothing personal hyung...it was for seung..."
"I get it jeongin...believe me I do...but after years of suffering I really want this...I really want to love and feel loved again...I am serious about this relationship but for it to be complete I need to get to know all of you...it is going to take some time...I know...but eventually we will figure this out" the older said cutting me out." I don't believe I am saying this" he added shaking his head.

He is right, when we first met he looked dead inside...emotionally dead...I felt sorry for him...I lost my parents so I know what it is like to see people you care and love die in front of you. But I had the boys with me...I didn't forget about my parents and never will...but having my boyfriends with me makes it less painful but minho hyung had no one...for more than two years he had to deal with all the suffering and pain alone.
"Yes, I will go out with you" I said smiling widely at the older who mirrored my smile " and hyung  you should know by now...there is no waiting for the right time to come here...we are getting freaking marries in the middle of our messy life because we know if we wait until this mission is over...we will get caught up in another one...never wait for the right time again" I added.
