chapter 61

Changbin's pov ( later that evening)
"They found no match " I said looking at my computer screen.
"No match...how is this even possible?" Seungmin asked, I just got the blood test results from our forensic team...they could find the identity of the sniper.
"It is not in the database seungmin" I replied frowning.
"There is no way...our database also includes foreigners not just Korean citizens, clearly they are not kids so they should be in the system" jeongin said.
"Well there is an explanation for that" hyunjin said making all eyes fall on him.

"It doesn't matter from where they are from they are not in the system because they were never registered " Lee minho said making the taller nod....I shook my head as i kept reading through the file...they had a lot to say considering this person is not in the system.
"You mean when they were born" chan hyung said crossing his arms " Actually it makes sense" he added...that's when I froze...no...this can't be right...I swallowed hard..what the hell is going on?
"Hyung" I jumped in surprise when jisung touched my shoulder...he doesn't look like his usual energetic and bubbly self but he is trying hard to focus on work.

"Changbin what is it?" Chan hyung asked.
"And I asked you if they managed at least to find the gender" Lee minho said tilting his head.
"A woman" I answered.
"You look like you have seen a ghost " hyunjin said approaching me and looked at the screen.
"They sent me something...they found...I..." I gulped staring at felix.
"Why are you looking at me?" The younger asked confused.
"You have got to be kidding me" hyunjin said his eyes turing wide.
"Felix...you know that...I...it is common when comparing blood samples like this case to the ones in database we looked for family members as well" I said taking a deep breath.

"How is this any of my concern..."
"You share DNA with this person" I said cutting him off " this woman and so does Shin namjoon" i added making him freeze....our system is advanced...it gives  the closest match if the person is not found.
"What...no way...move " felix said before he gently pushed hyunjin away to look at the screen.
"She is his daughter " the younger yelled taking a step back.
"Felix..."
"Few days ago I had no one...now you are telling me that I have another half sister from my father's side...and no she is not even registered...where did she lives? Where were she all this time? " felix yelled cutting hyunjin off" she is shin namjoon's daughter...and she is just like him...a damn killer...I just...I just can't deal with this" he added before he ran out of the room..

"I will talk to him..."
"Yeah, think again...you are the last one who can calm him right now" chan hyung said cutting hyunjin off.
"The same goes for you...felix is still angry at you for standing up with hyunjin " jisung said running his hand across his hair...normally the younger would have beeb panicking after hearing the news...he would have ran after felix immediately but...I bit my lips watching him...it feels like he became dead in the inside....I am worried about him...truly worried...I thought the whole marriage thing would brighten his mood a bit and take his mind over what he found out...but after he agreed he just starting to act out.

"I didn't stand up with hyunjin...clearly..."
"We want to know the truth if you wanted to know as well you would have backed us up...but you didn't so you are taking hyunjin's side" jisung said shrugging.
"I will go after felix hyung" jeongin said running out of the room...i wish I can ran as well...because it is going to get messy here I can feel it.
"There is no sides here jisung...it is my decision..."
"Yeah, what about us...all of us want to know about the damn mission..."
"But only felix and you are so freaking stubborn to understand that I can't yell you" hyunjin yelled cutting the shorter.

A staring contest started between the two, both looked angry...both thought they were right...as for me...I have no idea what to do...and what to believe...I mean I want to know as I said but hyunjin said to let it go for a reason...my discussion with jeongin didn't leave my mind though...what if by keeping the truth  it puts us in danger as well...we will never know.
"Go to hell" jisung yelled before he stormed out of the room.
Heavy and awkward silence filled the room...this is so embarrassing, it is freaking happening right in front of lee minho...it is getting uncomfortable.
The older just glanced around the room before he left as well.
"Hyunjin I just hope that you have a damn good reason for hiding the mission from us" chan hyung said poiting at hyunjin before he left as well.
"Splendid " hyunjin whispered running his hand across his hair.

Jisung's pov
I walked out of the room as fast as I can, i am so angry at hyunjin...I took a deep breath and stopped in the middle of the hall. Who am I kidding? Well of course I am mad at my boyfriend but it is not the only reason...I know for sure that the cause of this is me suppressing my feelings...I am angry at my mom....I am smart enough to know that...she lied to me.. my whole life...I know I said that I don't want to face her now...or how to do that in the first place...but this is not something easy to try to forget...my father is not my father...all our memories...the best and the worse...they mean nothing now.

You know what hurts more, he didn't even try to talk to me...he just asked chan hyung about me but didn't even call me in days...it breaks...it breaks me that he just chose to give up on me...I mean I know that I am not his...but for twenty four years...he raised me...he...
"Jisung" I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard minho hyung call my name as he gently touched my shoulder.
"Hey" I replied drying my tears before I faced him I didn't even realized that j started to cry...I feel pathetic " did you need something hyung?" I added clearing my throat.
"Are you okay?" He asked looking genuinely concerned.
"Are you?" I asked back." How do you feel about what happened with Min Taehyun , sorry i didn't ask" I added.

"Let's go outside" minho hyung said before he grabbed my hand and walked out to the balcony." Sit down" he added taking a seat before he invited me to do so.
"Hyung you don't really..."
"Just meet you but I know that this is not how you usually act...it is not my place I barely know you...and I understand that you are hurt...but you should talk to your parents " the older cut me off.
"Correction my mother and the man she lied to" I replied sitting down.
"You don't know what happened..."
"I do...she cheated...and I am a living reminder of that" I cut him off making him sigh.

"I didn't think you are stubborn " he said making me chuckle.
"Looks who is talking" I answered.
"It is not the same..."
"It is, you are too stubborn to admit your feelings " I cut him off.
"What are you talking about.."
"I told you can read people...and I noticed it hyung....you like hyunjin " i said humming to myself " he is one lucky idiot...he always manages to make the boys I love fall for him first...well it happened with chan hyung and you since the other..."
"I don't like your boyfriend " He yelled.
"Whatever makes you sleep at night" I said rolling my eyes " listen hyung,I am behind my words...i won't bother you again but if you are scared that you will lose hyunjin potentially us if you developed feelings for the rest in the future...I can assure you that we can protect ourselves " I added.

"Yeah, you sure do...but you know what you can't do jisung...tell the truth...forget about everything...I will never be with people who lies to their loved ones and called it love" minho said staring inside my eyes...I was taken off guard but his sudden confession. I gulped before I leaned closer toward him.
"I am nothing but a liar though" i replied.
"You are one package deal...aren't you?" He said making me chuckle.
"How about this accept me and let's run together " I answered making me laugh...my heart skipped a beat hearing his soft voice.
"You sure have a death wish...if felix hears you, you are done for" he said shaking his head...of course I was joking...I would never give up on any of the boys.

"Your laugh is beautiful" i said,he pulled away a bit to keep a safe distance.
"Well, the moon is beautiful tonight," he answered,I glanced toward the sky m following his gaze...it is a full moon...we live outside of city so without the lights and the noise...the sky looks so breath taking...the whole atmosphere is calm.
"You are more beautiful than the moon hyung" I said, the older looked at me with wide doe eyes...the duality of this man is killing me...I mean he is serious and scary most of the time...but behind that facade...the one he developed because of what he went through there is a warm and soft man...a pure one that life did him bad...

I am living in a mess already, my father is no longer my father...I am fighting with hyunjin...so doing this won't really make any difference...if he gets angry at me so be it...felix did it so what...
Without thinking I leaned in to connect our lips together...minho hyung just froze as he kept looking at me with shocked eyes...I closed mine before I gently started to kiss him...I was expecting to be pushed away...and maybe punched and believe me It was so worth it but instead he started to kiss me back....but before the kiss could heat up he finally pulled away.
He just started at my face before he ran inside the house...oh well that was not bad.

A wide smile came on my face as I leaned on the chair staring at the sky...that was totally worth it...I took a deep breath before I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and dialed my mom's number...I need to get over with this...I can't keep on denying the truth...I need my whole focus on the mission...I need to figure out how to solve my problem with hyunjin and most importantly convince minho hyung that it is okay to love again....and no I am not letting him go...never...
