The warm sun shone brightly on a vast expanse of golden sand, reflecting off the crystal-clear water that stretched as far as the eye could see. Waves gently crashed against the shore, leaving behind a foamy trail that disappeared into the warm sand.

The sky, a pure, clear blue, seemed infinite, a dazzling contrast to the reddish, oppressive firmament of Hell. Here, the light bathed everything, creating golden flashes on the horizon and casting long, relaxing shadows on the beach.

The sea breeze carried with it the salty scent of the ocean, while laughter and deafening music mixed in the air. Dozens of young bodies swayed to the rhythm of the music, with red plastic cups in their hands, lost in shouts and euphoria. Horny, carefree college students kissed, laughed, and gave themselves over to the frenzy of the party, letting the alcohol and drugs flow freely.

It was Spring Break. One of the wildest celebrations in the human world.

Under the wooden pier, away from the hubbub, a group watched warily. Hidden among the rocks and shadows, Blitzø and his team lay in wait, waiting for the right moment to move. The heat of the sun and the carefree nature of the humans failed to penetrate the tension that enveloped the small team of demonic hitmen.

Blitzø: Now, remember, we can't be seen, alright? And loose shots will likely cause a panic, so Loona can help with leading targets to a better spot to off 'em. You got the list, Loonie?

Blitzø turned his head towards his adopted daughter, his eyes filled with the usual mix of expectation and tension. Loona, with her usual weary expression, gave a wordless thumbs-up, then took Y/N by the wrist, who followed her without question.

The hellhound pup looked at Blitzø with a mix of excitement and nervousness, but was quickly dragged between the rocks by Loona, who seemed determined to keep the operation under control, moving them a little further away from the group of Imps.

Blitzø watched as they both walked away, his gaze hardening for a second, before his shoulders slumped with the weight of anxiety. He leaned against one of the rocks, his thoughts spinning incessantly. He muttered to himself, anguish painted on his face.

Blitzø: Ugh, please let this work...

He knew that what was at stake went beyond the success of the mission.

Y/N watched her father from the shadows, feeling nervousness begin to bubble up inside her. She knew this mission was important to him, but she didn't quite understand why. Was he always this intense each time they'd have a mission? A wave of uncertainty washed over her. This would be the first time she would see them in real action, and the fear of disappointing her family kept her on edge.

Blitzø, though he tried to appear calm, radiated a palpable tension that Y/N picked up on easily. The pup gulped, feeling the pressure to live up to what was expected of her.

Meanwhile, Loona carefully peeked out from between the coral rocks, scanning the surroundings to make sure no humans were watching... or, more specifically, looking for anyone in particular.

Y/N noticed her older sister looking around nervously, but from her perspective, no one was watching them anymore. Still, she felt the need to do something, to say something, to ease the awkwardness of the situation and her own nervousness.

Y/N: Sooooo... is it time to get in disguise now?

Loona, who was lost in her own thoughts as she kept observing the crowd, twitched one of her ears at the sound of Y/N's voice, snapping back to reality.

Loona: What?... Oh, yeah... Yeah, it's time.

Y/N twitched her little nose, fear beginning to take hold of her. She knew how much her family expected of her, and the thought of disappointing them terrified her. She asked in a whisper, her voice shaking.
