I try finding my way,
but I keep trying too hard.
Keep thinking I found it,
but it keeps falling apartI reach for the stars, but they flicker and fade,
Chasing fleeting moments, in a game I once played.
I thought I had grasped it, the essence of life,
But every time I blink, it stabs me with a knife.I stand on the edge of a cliff made of glass,
Watching reflections of the person I pass.
I question the journey, the purpose, the pain,
In a world full of noise, I’m lost in the rain.So I wander alone, with the weight of my doubt,
In search of a compass, a way to break out.
But the more that I search, the more I seem blind,
To the path I once thought would be easy to find.I gather my pieces, like shells on the shore,
Each one tells a story of battles and war.
The tide pulls me under, the waves crash so loud,
And I drown in the silence, lost in the crowd. So here I stand, though the way is unsure,
With the weight of my thoughts, and a heart that’s not pure.
I’ll learn to be patient, to trust in the sway,
And maybe, just maybe, I’ll find my own way.
