The sun had begun its descent, casting a golden glow on the quiet streets. Crystal and her best friend, Ruby, walked side by side, their laughter filling the air.

“So, shopping this weekend, right?” Ruby asked, a grin on her face.

Crystal nodded, “Yes! I’ve had my eye on that red dress for weeks now. It’s going to be perfect for the party.”

"Right? And then after shopping, we could grab something to eat, maybe at that café by the mall?"

“Deal,” Crystal chuckled. "It's been forever since we had a day just for us."

They were lost in their conversation when a sleek, black car suddenly screeched to a halt in front of them, blocking their path. The suddenness of it made them freeze. Before either of them could react, the car door flew open, and a tall man wearing a mask stepped out.

“What the hell—?” Ruby began, but her words were cut short as the masked man rushed toward Crystal, grabbing her arm with a firm grip.

“Let go of me!” Crystal shouted, struggling to break free. Ruby screamed, lunging to pull Crystal away, but another man appeared from the van parked behind the car, forcefully shoving her to the side.

“Help! Someone help us!” Ruby yelled, her voice frantic.

Crystal kicked and twisted in the man’s grip, but he was too strong. “Let me go!” she screamed, her heart pounding in her chest. She clawed at his arm, but it was useless. Without another word, the man threw her into the car with a force that knocked the wind out of her. The door slammed shut, trapping her inside.

Ruby continued to scream for help, running toward the car, but the man in the van grabbed her by the shoulders, holding her back with ease.

Inside the car, Crystal desperately tried to open the door, her hands shaking as she fumbled with the handle. “Please, let me out!” she begged, her voice cracking with fear.

The driver said nothing, his eyes cold and focused straight ahead.

Suddenly, the man who had thrown her into the car reached into his pocket, pulling out a syringe filled with a clear liquid. Crystal eyes widened in horror.

“No, no! Please!” she pleaded, backing into the corner of the seat, trying to put as much distance as possible between herself and the needle. Her breath came in short, panicked gasps.

But the other man beside her grabbed her arms, holding her still. “Don’t fight it,” he growled, his grip tightening painfully around her wrists.

Tears streamed down Crystal’s face as she struggled harder. “Please, no, don’t do this!” Her voice was almost a sob, but her captors were unmoved.

The man with the syringe moved closer, his eyes cold and calculating. Crystal shook her head violently, thrashing in her seat, but it was no use.

In one swift motion, he jabbed the needle into her arm. Crystal ’s body tensed as the drug began to take effect. Her vision blurred, and her muscles felt heavy, her movements slowing against her will.

“No...” she whispered, her strength fading. Her vision darkened, and the last thing she saw was the masked man watching her, his face emotionless.

The car door clicked shut, and the men let out a sigh of relief. Crystal lay unconscious, slumped against the seat.

"Finally," the man muttered. “Let’s get out of here before anyone shows up.”

The engine roared to life, and the car sped away, leaving nothing but the distant sound of Ruby’s desperate screams echoing in the air.
