Crystal's eyes fluttered open, her vision hazy and unfocused. She groaned softly, her head pounding as the remnants of the drug pulsed through her veins. The room around her slowly came into focus-a lavish, black-themed room, drenched in luxury. A massive king-size bed beneath her felt like silk, but the surroundings offered no comfort. Instead, they amplified her fear.

She tried to move, only to feel a cold metal restraint on her wrist. Panic surged through her as she looked down and saw her right hand cuffed to the bedpost. Her heart raced, and she pulled at the cuff, wincing as the sharp metal bit into her skin. A thin line of blood appeared on her wrist as she struggled, her breathing becoming erratic. Tears brimmed in her eyes, and she cried silently, the events of her kidnapping crashing down on her like a tidal wave.

Suddenly, the sound of the door unlocking echoed through the room. Crystal's eyes widened, and she turned her head just in time to see the door swing open. There, in the doorway, stood Dimitri-his tall, imposing figure shadowed against the dim light. His sharp jawline, dark hair, and piercing eyes made him look like a god carved from stone. Handsome, yes, but there was something terrifyingly cruel in the way he carried himself.

Dimitri's lips curled into a teasing smirk as he stepped inside. "God-like, isn't it?" he taunted, his voice smooth and mocking.

Crystal quickly looked away, her heart hammering in her chest. She shifted uncomfortably on the bed, her body trembling with fear. Dimitri noticed, and it seemed to amuse him even more. Slowly, he moved closer, his presence suffocating.

"Who are you?" Crystal's voice was shaky as she spat out the question, her eyes narrowing in defiance despite her fear. "Why am I here? Where am I?"

Dimitri let out a soft chuckle, brushing a finger across her lips to silence her. "Put a pause on your little question train, doll," he said, his breath warm against her skin. He leaned in closer, his proximity suffocating, making her heart race even faster. "I've got other plans for you."

Crystal's throat tightened as he smiled, clearly enjoying the power he held over her. She could feel his eyes scanning her, admiring the way she struggled. She hated how vulnerable she felt under his gaze.

"Let me go," she demanded, her voice faltering slightly as she tugged on the cuff again. "Please."

Dimitri's expression darkened as his eyes drifted to her bleeding wrist. His amusement quickly turned into anger. "What the hell did you do to yourself?" he growled, grabbing her wrist roughly. Crystal winced, trying to pull away from him, but her struggles only made the bleeding worse.

"Stop!" she cried out in pain, tears streaming down her face. "Please... open it... it hurts!"

Dimitri's grip tightened as he yanked her closer. "See what you did? You brought this on yourself," he snarled. His eyes burned with anger, but there was a flicker of something else in them-concern, perhaps?

"Please," Crystal begged, her voice breaking. "Just open it... I can't take it anymore."

Dimitri glared at her, his jaw clenched. "You'd run if I did," he said coldly.

"Of course I would!" Crystal shouted, her desperation turning to defiance. "Who wouldn't?!"

A sick smirk spread across his lips as he leaned closer, his voice dropping to a whisper. "Then I'm not opening it, doll. Simple as that."

Crystal's lip quivered as the pain in her wrist became unbearable. "I-I won't run," she lied, trying to sound convincing. "I promise... just open it."

Dimitri raised an eyebrow, amused by her plea. "Promise, hmm?"

"Yes," Crystal whispered, her voice barely audible. "Please."

For a moment, he simply stared at her, his intense gaze unnerving. Then, with a sigh, he reached into his pocket and pulled out a small key. "Fine. But remember, I don't take betrayal lightly."

Dimitri watched her with a faint smile as he finally unlocked the cuff. Crystal rubbed her wrist, wincing at the red marks and blood. She flinched when he moved to a nearby drawer, his back turned to her as he rummaged for something.

Her heart raced. Now. Run.

The thought was instant, her body reacting before her mind could fully process it. She bolted toward the door, her feet barely touching the floor as she made a desperate dash for freedom.

But just as her fingers brushed the handle, she felt a strong hand clamp down on her wrist, yanking her back with startling force. Dimitri's smirk greeted her when she spun around, his dark eyes filled with amusement.

"Wrong move, doll," he said softly, his voice dripping with menace. His large frame loomed over her, making her feel even smaller, even more trapped. He stepped closer, closing the distance between them as he twisted her wrist ever so slightly, just enough to make her wince.

Crystal's breath caught in her throat. The smirk on his face was terrifying, a predator toying with its prey. She could feel his calm, sick satisfaction as he looked at her, knowing full well she had nowhere to go.
