Rimuru might own a couple Ultimate skills, but he could say without a doubt that Beelzebuth was the strongest regarding its attack potency.

All 16 skills created by Veldanava were stronger than ones created by the Voice of the World, that was an undeniable truth. But another thing that made them special was the potential to develop ego.

From his experience, it seemed like Heavenly Virtue skills develop ego easier and faster. Even back then, they could express themselves for Veldanava to know. Skills such as 'Justice King, Michael' and 'Knowledge King, Raphael.'

Rimuru had noticed that his 'Wisdom King, Raphael' showed signs reminiscent of those skills before her.

What he had never seen before was a Deadly Sin skill with an ego. While inventing the Art 'Ukiyo-e,' he was surprised to see that Beelzebuth also had an ego, though an undeveloped one.

Raphael expressed herself almost human-like, but Beelzebuth was more of an untamed beast. The gluttonous spheres weren't controlled by Rimuru or Raphael, but the will to consume all which belonged to Beelzebuth itself.

Beelzebuth only started its hunt a few minutes ago, but ¼ of the main army already fell victim to it. The soldiers' souls, fertilizer for the Demon Lord's Seed, started piling up in his Stomach. The number of souls had drastically increased as time passed by.

Rimuru sat on a sofa, drinking a tea Diablo poured for him and watching the pandemonium his skill created.

To his left, Testarossa was staring down the Battlesages 'Saare of Blue Sky' and 'Glenda of Raging Sea.'

"So that Rimuru guy survived? That Hinata sure is incompetent," Saare said. He had a white hair and a short stature. His innocent young boy appearance came from his half-elven blood. He was in fact the oldest among the Battlesages.

He was Hinata's subordinate in name only, he wanted to prove himself to be a stronger fighter and a better leader. Defeating a target Hinata failed to do would be his best bet.

Saare wanted to kill Rimuru, but before that he had to deal with the lady in front of him first. "Are you suggesting that you're stronger than Hinata?" She questioned.

"Of course I am!"

Her blood-red eyes narrowed, inspecting Saare. "I don't want to be rude. But you're not half as impressive as the Saint I saw fighting with my lord."

Testarossa's words cut deep. "You know nothing, filthy demon!"

"My bad. It's my fault for thinking that a man stronger than the Saint would have a thicker skin." Her voice lacked any kind of remorse, a wide smirk also confirmed her insincerity.

"How dare you!"

"Calm down, Saare," the red-haired woman next to him warned. She was the last member of the Battlesages, Glenda Attley. "She's taunting you."

"You're right. I shouldn't care what a Daemon says. They stand on the opposite side of our goddess, so they have to die."

He charged at Testarossa with his sword, 'Demonslayer,' which she didn't even attempt to dodge. "What?!" She took it directly, but there was no wound. "Unbelievable! That's an attack from a Unique-grade sword! How can you..." Saare swung another attack, but the result was the same. Even her clothes were unscathed.

"Because your attacks are too weak."

"Don't be ridiculous!" Saare jumped backward. "Glenda, I will buy you time. While I distract that woman, you prepare a sure-kill attack," he whispered.
