The next day, Rimuru went to the prison where the invaders were kept. "How is the interrogation going?"

Shion and Testarossa spent the entire night torturing the hostages until they spilled out everything.

Behind the two beauties, the hostages were left as a twisted amalgamation of meat, groaning out the suffering of unimaginable scale.

The prisoners consisted of King Edmaris, Archbishop Reyhiem, Majin Razen and 7 members of the Ten Great Saints.

"It goes excellently! We got everything we will need," Shion said proudly while showing off her notebook filled with crucial information.

Looking from the state these guys were in, Shion and Testarossa chose their torture methods to be as cruel and as painful as possible. Peeling off their skin, making them eat their own flesh and more methods that should be left unsaid.

Certain Outcomes were used to keep their minds intact, their wills unbroken and their lives continued. This forced them to experience all the pain that even death couldn't save them. No wonder they spilled everything they knew.

"I assume this is enough for today's meeting." Rimuru came down here to bring both of them to said meeting. "Firstly, heal them. We need them alive."

Testarossa bowed down as she turned to the hostages. Their bodies were twisted by Shion's alteration of reality, potion and Healing Magic wouldn't work on them, even Holy Magic was hopeless against it.

To heal a wound born from Unique skill, you must use another Unique skill. "Resurrection!" Testarossa casted the Art associated with her new skill.

Their twisted bodies started to shift back. Her Unique skill, 'Sovereign of Hell,' granted her Life Domination. She deconstructed them down and built them up piece by piece like jigsaws.

"Please! Make it stop!"

"No! No more of this! Just let me die!"

Of course the method of being reconstructed was painful. But Testa didn't care for their well-being in the first place. She enjoyed their shrieks as if they were musical notes.

"Done." She was the first to head for the exit door, holding it open for Rimuru.

But before any of them could exit the torture chamber. "Please wait!" A man's voice called for them. It was Razen, inhabiting the form of an otherworlder.

Shion's eyes daggered at him. "How dare you!" She gritted her teeth. Her aura was let out due to rage. "Who do you think you are, worm!"

"Ara, ara. It seems like someone isn't satisfied with their session yet," Testarossa said. Her Lord's Ambition thickened in the air.

Razen was a prisoner of war, and Rimuru was a king. The attempt to talk could get him killed thousands of times from the audacity of it alone.

Rimuru stopped the girls. With a lift of his hand, the aura went away instantly. "Speak your mind, Mage." Rimuru's voice had not a single hint of kindness. There was no reason to give it to enemies like them in the first place.

"Please... I don't care what will happen to me... Please spare the life of His Majesty Edmaris..." Razen knelt down, his forehead touched the cold stone floor.

He heard a sigh, yet he continued to bow. The next thing he heard was footsteps. And lastly, an echo sound of the iron door being slammed shut.

The Monster King ignored his plea. 'Bad... No, this is beyond bad... We have woken up a sleeping dragon...'

He had seen with his own eyes, and everyone here could also be witnesses to what he saw. What was used at that moment was undoubtedly the 'Secret Art of Resurrection.'
