Cardinal World, the foundation realm created by Veldanava, was overlapped by three notable Spiritual Realms. There was the Elemental Realm that connected to the Dwelling of the Spirits, the Underworld Realm where Daemons fought each other for eternity and lastly, the Heaven Realm, a base of operation of the angel race.

There were only three known ways to enter this realm.

First was by using the Heaven Tower, a relic from the bygone past.

Second was by using the Star Key, artifacts that gave its user a means to hop across dimensions at will. Though the only known users of these keys were the Primordial Black and the Frost Dragon.

And the third method was by using 'Administrative Authority'. It wasn't a skill nor art nor magic, but a divine right given to a group of people by Veldanava himself.

Using that authority, a group of three arrived at Heaven, their tainted wings signified their fall from grace. They were members of the Seven Original Angels who had fallen: Dino, Garasha and Pico.

"Back home at last, huh?"

Dino spoke with a yawn, he hadn't been here since he became a Fallen, and he wouldn't be here now if Feldway didn't call for him.

"Don't be bitter, Dino-chan. Just because Fei took your throne doesn't mean he isn't our friend," Pico teased.

"Hmm," Dino sneered. "I'm not bitter; in fact, I'm glad that he took it from me. After all, a king who has no God to serve is pointless, right?"

Angels didn't process any ego of their own. They were the definition of blind faith, following anyone who sat on the throne.

In Veldanava's original plan, the throne and the right to command millions of Angels should be dino's. Caliburn, the Sword of Selection, was the proof of his claim. He might not be the strongest, but Dino was the most trusted.

Maybe it was that affection that Lord Veldanava showed him that annoyed Feldway. Maybe that was why when Dino fell, Feldway took the army of Angels under his control via Ultimate skill Michael's domination.

"Agreed," Garasha nodded in agreement to Dino. Primordial Angels were made to serve God, so a godless land was dull and meaningless to them.

She continued, "But Feldway wouldn't demand our presence if it's not of importance. At least let's listen to what he has to say first."

Since Dino was slothful and Pico was irresponsible, Garasha had to be the voice of reasons as always.

The two women spread their six black wings. Garasha carried Dino who refused to show his true form and his wings. They then flew to the highest building in Heaven where the Phantom King had been waiting for them.

"Dino, Pico and Garasha." Sitting calmly at the balcony was a man with spiky blond hair. He donned a red military uniform of the Empire. "It's been a while."

"Feldway, my old friend, can you get to the point already? I don't have all day for your nonsense."

It was Dino who disregarded any form of formality. They had known each other since the dawn of creation, any attempt of formality was just a waste of time.

And time was invaluable for Dino; he wouldn't feel productive unless he slept at least 23 hours a day.

Feldway, sensing impatience in his friend, let out a light chuckle. "I see. I call you here to inform all of you that the Void Beast has regained its heartbeat."

Dino thought that he had lost any care in the world, but just a mention of that World-destroying Dragon managed to worsen his day.

The Fallens had clashed with that beast before. It was a gruesome fight that lasted for three entire days.
