A week had passed since Milim came to live in Tempest. The lives in the capital peacefully continued. Milim had broken a few doors since her arrival, Rimuru still couldn't find a way to solve that yet. But other than that, everything went smoothly.
Rimuru wanted to spend time with Milim to fill in the gap left behind in the past, but he couldn't ignore his duty as a ruler either.
While Rimuru was checking Vesta's research on Full Potion, he got called by Souei via Thought Communication. [Great Rimuru, we have a guest.]
Judging from his voice, it didn't sound like a serious ordeal. [Who is it?]
[She called herself a 'Dragon Faithful', Demon Lord Milim's subordinate. Currently, there's no sign that she'll cause any problems.]
[Milim's subordinate?] Rimuru paused for a second before making his decision. [Understood. Even though she's not causing trouble just yet, she's still a Demon Lord's follower, I will talk to her.]
[Should I bind her for you?] Souei suggested, but Rimuru told him to not do that, he'd deal with her on his own terms.
After saying goodbye to Vesta and Gabiru, Rimuru used Spatial Domination to teleport to the coordinate he got.
The Dragon Faithful stood out from the ordinary population of Tempest who were Hobgoblins and High Orcs. The girl looked no different from a Human. She had a twin tail and round eyes filled with determination, both of them were a striking turquoise.
And she seemed to be a Dragonewt just like Souka, too. From the way she nervously looked around, she might be lost. "Do you want help, young lady?"
"Oh! Good timing!" She held Rimuru's hand firmly with sparkling eyes. "From your clothes, you probably are a big shot around here! This city is a tad bit too large, I can't help but feel overwhelmed. Can you tell me where Lady Milim is?"
As Rimuru thought, she was looking for Milim. "A-And also, is there any food? I've not eaten for a couple days..." The girl said.
Rimuru understood the priority and brought her to the restaurant. On the way there, he got to know her better. Her name was Stella, a member of the Dragon Faithful, a group of Dragonewts that worshiped Milim as their goddess.
When Milim told him about her subordinates, he didn't expect it to be a religious one. 'I should have noticed when she called her food an "offering". My bad.'
The girl had been staring at the menu for a while. Hunger was about to get the better of her, yet she didn't know any food on the menu.
"Not a single food you like?" Rimuru asked.
Stella placed down the menu. "N-No. I just don't know what any of these are..." She replied nervously.
It was a feeling Rimuru could relate with to some degrees. She was an outsider who knew nothing about the culture around Tempest, everything was new to her. "How about a bowl of salad?"
Milim used to say that her subordinates usually ate the vegetables they grew. Though she was a Dragonewt, because she was also a religious practitioner, Rimuru had no idea if she could eat meat or was strictly a vegetarian. Giving her salad seemed to be the best course of action.
"And this is?"
"Mayo."
It wasn't a real mayonnaise, but thanks to Raphael, the taste was close enough. Though it should be known that this mayonnaise wasn't safe for Human consumption yet. But there weren't any problems when it came to Demi-humans and Monsters.
