"Halt," Chronoa whispered a word, and the world itself listened.

The flow of time had been halted. As a result, the world had lost its vibrant colors and turned gray as time refused to flow forward.

Guy had acquired Digital Nature in the fight with Velzard. At the time, she was mad at Guy for being Veldanava's favorite.

The two of them had fought for days, if not weeks. During that fight, Guy had used his Unique Skill 'Pride' to analyze Velzard, and he had realized this Digital Nature to counter her 'Fixation' innate talent.

On another note, Rudra also possessed the Digital Nature. When he was summoned by Masayuki's Unique Skill, Rudra had become an 'Einherjar', a life-form purely built on data, the Information Particles.

This Digital Nature should have allowed them to move in the stopped world, yet things didn't go in the direction it was supposed to.

As the flow of time hit a standstill, both of them ceased their movement.

"What a shame. Your Arts would have been a problem for me if you landed the hit," she said to the two who were frozen in places. "It's too bad that I can do a lot of tricks. And speaking of tricks, I might be able to teach a few to you."

Her cold glance fell on Veldanava. He was the only one beside her who was entirely unaffected by her 'Time Stop'.

Because her abilities derived from the Great Holy Spirit of Time, there were demerits attached to it. As one of the few first direct creations of the Star King Dragon, 'Time' did not hold more authority than its creator, so she couldn't stop him like the rest.

Veldanava, as well as those who had fragmented from him, was truly immune to Chronoa's 'Time Stop' which could halt even the transfer of data.

So to speak, instead of doing anything specific, he was just completely excluded from the Art's effect.

"A trick, eh? What can you even teach me about?"

"Maybe I will teach you how to fetch, or roll over. I believe that you love to be ordered around, correct?"

"Huh?" Veldanava's face showed just how much he felt appalled by her statement. "Listen here, beautiful woman who I'm not commiting to enough to remember the name of, I'm not some kind of house pet. I thought that I've made myself clear. I'm the highest of the high, the divine, the demiurge."

"Oh, so that's how you act when you are off the leash."

"Leash?!" Everything this woman said just irritated him even further. He thought that she was fun at first, but now he started to doubt that initial reaction more and more.

"You are tamed and trained, no?"

"Nonsense!" Veldanava shouted back as he was holding any crumb of pride he still had left. "Me? Being tamed? As if that has a possibility of happening to begin with!"

"Lucia of the High Human race, does the name ring any bells?"

"Nope!" Veldanava laughed, feeling as if he had triumphed over Chronoa. He thought that she was making things up at this point.

'There's no way that anyone can tame me, let alone a High Human. I won't entertain the notion of that scenario being factual.' He thought to himself smugly. 'If you want to lie, at least make it believable first.'

"You didn't think it through, did you? Make it make sense. I'm a free spirit, wild and untamed."

"Hmm. Then pardon me, I might have messed up the timeline of what happened." A time traveler often mixed up the order of what happened. Because she had gone through this event before, her memories began to leak into one another.
