"Chloe, I'm leaving," Beca called from the door.
"Wait wait wait," said the redhead, running out of the kitchen. "One more thing," she said, slipping her charm bracelet off of her wrist and slipping it on Beca's.
"Thank you, Chlo," Beca said. Chloe had seriously made her a new person. They had gone shopping, and Chloe made her get a light pink lace dress and brown flats. Chloe also curled Beca's hair and put it in a fancy updo.
"No problem," Chloe smiled.
"I really gotta go. Text me if you need anything."
"Have fun, my little girly girl. I'm gonna run a few errands. Can I borrow your car?" Chloe asked.
"Yeah the keys are in the drawer."
"Thanks, Becs," Chloe said as she watched her friend walk out on her first double date.
Jesse picked her up, and he looked amazed at what Chloe had done to his girlfriend. "Wow, Bec," he smiled, "did Chloe release the sparkle power on you?"
"Very funny," she said sarcastically. "I hate it, but I have to act like I love it."
"Why? You look amazing."
"Whatever," Beca said. "What are we doing tonight anyway."
"Ben sent me an address to this fancy movie theater where you have a fancy dinner and you have to dress super nice, so we're doing that. We could go for cupcakes after this."
"Fine," Beca said as they pulled up to the theater. She got out of the car and greeted Anna.
"Wow!" Anna said. "You look amazing!!"
"Thanks, but oh my gosh I love your dress!" Anna was wearing a black and white striped dress with a pink sweater and one super high heeled shoe. "How do you walk on crutches with stilettos?"
"It took forever to figure it out and my good foot is killing me but figured it out." Anna laughed. "How long was your fight against Chloe to get you to wear that?"
"An argument the whole time we were picking out the clothes and an hour ago when she wanted to curl my hair."
"That figures. Well you look nice."
"Thanks. Let's go catch up with the guys," Beca said to her friend.
Meanwhile, Chloe was at the pet store. Anna had asked her to pick up some food for Diamond and PJ, and Chloe loved to look at the cats.
"Any interest in buying a cat?" Chloe looked up. There was a really hot guy standing about a foot taller than her. "Or are you more of a dog person?" He asked, pointing to the dog food in the cart.
Chloe was in love. "Yeah, actually. The dog food is for my friend's dogs, but yeah I'm actually looking to adopt a cat. I'm Chloe."
"I'm Corey," he smiled. "Which one were you looking for?"
Chloe pointed to the orange one with blue eyes. "I love this one," she said. And she really meant it.
"Aww it's just like you," Corey started, "a gorgeous ginger with blue eyes."
Chloe could barely contain herself. She was in love with a guy, and she would finally get a cat. "So when can I take it?"
"Right now, actually," Corey said. "Just fill out some paperwork, and he's yours."
Chloe filled out the papers, and she wrote her number in the top corner.

"Umm, so it's kind of a rule I have to give you my number in case you have any questions or concerns," Corey said with a nervous smile. He grabbed a sticky note from a small stack on his desk.

He handed the note to her. "Thanks," Chloe said, smiling. "I'm going to grab supplies real quick."
Chloe ran and grabbed a crate, litter box, cat food, cat litter, a collar, and a bunch of cat toys.
"I'm back," she said, grabbing the cat from Corey and placing it in the crate.
"It'll need to go to the vet tomorrow," Corey said. "What are you going to name it?"
"I don't know," Chloe said. "I think I'll ask my friend."
"Cool," Corey said. "Text me sometime," he smiled, and Chloe melted. She was madly in love.
"See you around," Chloe said as she walked away. When she got in the car, she put the cat on the passenger seat. She put the other stuff in the back and drove home.
