A/N: I'm going to skip to 2/3 of the way through Beca's pregnancy so it's not so long.

Beca didn't sleep all night. She hadn't slept well in 2 months. She was 6 months pregnant for god's sake. She was uncomfortable all the time, and she was in so much pain. Jesse had to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so Chloe came over on Monday and Wednesday. She had to work on Friday, so Anna came over. Beca couldn't really do much besides lay on the couch. She got up to eat and go to the bathroom, and once in a while, she and Jesse would go out to eat, but she was always uncomfortable and didn't really enjoy herself.
Today was Monday, and Chloe came over. "Hey, Becs, how are you feeling," she said, getting her some ginger ale and sitting down next to her.

"I haven't slept a wink in three days. I'm uncomfortable all the time. Right now I'm super hormonal and I want to punch the living shit out of something, and I have morning sickness right now. So I'm actually great," Beca said with a sarcastic scowl.

"Hey, it's ok. Only 3 more months, and then you'll have a beautiful baby. Did you find out what it is yet?"

"No. We decided to wait and be surprised. "

"That's pretty cool. Have you decided on names?"

"No. I think we'll decide last minute."

"Can I get you anything."

"Can we go somewhere. Anywhere. I just need to get out of the house. I'm losing my mind."

"we could go to the mall, but I don't want to put too much stress on you. "

"I'll be ok. I need to shop for maternity clothes. All I have are one pair of jeans and Jesse's old tee shirts."

"I'll get you whatever you need." Chloe pulled Beca off the couch. "You know you look great for being 6 months pregnant. You haven't changed one bit since senior year."

"Thanks, but everyone knows I've gotten fat, so it's ok."

Chloe could tell Beca had calmed down a little. "It's ok, Becs, you look fine. You'll lose the weight after the baby anyway. It's barely noticeable."

Beca smiled as Chloe helped her in the car. "You know I have one of the best friends in the world. You've helped me so much, and I can't believe how lucky I am to have a friend like you." Beca started crying tears of joy.

"Aww Becs. How are the hormones?"

"All over the place."

Beca pulled herself together before they got in the mall. She wasn't in the mood to shop, but she couldn't sit at home and do nothing anymore. She walked slowly, and she was exhausted after 10 minutes, but Chloe wanted to pick out clothes for her. Beca dragged herself into the maternity store while Chloe picked out clothes that would match Beca's style. She got a pair of "fat old lady skinny jeans." As she called them, and a pair of leggings. She also got a few shirts. It was the middle of summer, and she was so self conscious about her weight, that she wouldn't wear shorts. "Hey, Becs, get one pair of shorts. Please? I don't want you to get overheated." Chloe held up a pair of shorts.

"Chloe, on top of being fat, I'm also extremely knock kneed, and I was already self conscious before the fat."

"Beca, if I've said it once, I've said it a million times, you are not fat. I promise. I would tell you if you were, and you look absolutely stunning for being 6 months pregnant with sweatpants and no makeup on."

"Shit I forgot to put on makeup."

"BECA I SAID YOU LOOK FINE NOW DO YOU NEED HELP TRYING THESE ON?"

"No. I'm ok. I'll try them on at home."

"Ok. What do you want for lunch?"

"Anything. These cravings make me want to eat everything."

"Ok, we'll get you some food. Come on."

Chloe led her friend to the check out, and then they went to the food court. Chloe drove Beca back home and they hung out for awhile. Lately Beca had been really overwhelmed with all that's happening, so Chloe tried to calm her nerves. "It's just its all happening so fast. I can't handle it all. Jesse has been building a nursery, and all I can do is sit and watch him. I feel so helpless, which I am. I don't know how to raise a child. I'm going to be a terrible mother."

"Don't say that, Becs. I bet every first time mom feels that way. You'll be amazing. You're an amazing person, and so is Jesse. You guys will be wonderful."

"Thanks Chlo. Hey, you know if the baby's a girl and she's a redhead, we're naming her Chloe."

"Doubt it. You guys aren't redheads."

"No, but my mom is a redhead and Jesse's dad is too. There's about a 50% chance."

"That would be such an honor, Becs."

Just then, Jesse walked in. "Hi ladies," he said, planting a kiss on Beca's cheek.

"Hey baby," Beca said, pulling him into a hug.

"How is she Chlo?" Beca always told them she was fine, which was usually a lie.

"Hormonal, uncomfortable, and tired. So same."

"Thanks Chlo. Wanna stay for dinner?"

"I'm going out with Anna and Ben."

"Oh yeah I forgot about that," Beca said. They had asked her to come along, but she had turned them down because she was in so much pain. "Have fun." She tried her best to stand up to give Chloe a hug.

Chloe pulled her up. "Try to get some sleep tonight. I'll probably be over tomorrow."

"Thanks Chlo."

Beca sat back down on the couch next to Jesse. "Let's talk wedding plans."

"Ok, so I was thinking we have orchids at the wedding..."

Beca cut him off. "I hate orchids. Let's have daisies."

"Ok," he said, heating up dinner and helping his wife to the table. "I think we should serve buffet style."

"That's cocky and cheap. We're having waiters."

They continued to argue about everything until Jesse lost it. "Why is it that you have to disagree with EVERYTHING I SAY."

"Jesse, we have different tastes and styles."

"CANT YOU GO ALONG WITH ANYTHING JUST ONCE."

"Jess, I'm trying. It's just so overwhelming."

"What's overwhelming is a child is on the way that I don't even want and my wife is being a bitch about everything."

"I just want everything to be perfect."

"What about me Beca? What about things being perfect for me." With that, Jesse walked out. "Goodbye Beca."

Beca cried. She couldn't handle all of this. She didn't even know if she had a fiancé anymore. She scrawled a note on a piece of paper: don't you forget about me.
