Weeks pass by and soon it had been two months since Denise left Joe so they would both be safe. Neither of them know what had happened to Gary and what he's up to but they didn't want to know either, as long as they were far away from each other. Demi was now twelve weeks pregnant and would have her appointment in the upcoming days but at the moment they were at the hospital ready to meet Joe's new family member.
"And this is baby number three?" Demi questioned holding onto his hand, Joe nodded his head gently. He got the news that the baby was born early hours this morning. They had finished school now after doing all their exams so Joe wanted to come down as soon as he could to meet his fourth nephew, he felt bad for his sister knowing how much she wanted a little girl.
"Yeah her third boy," Joe rolled his eyes making Demi laugh. Joe knocked gently on the door not wanting to wake the baby up if he was asleep. The door soon opened revealing his brother in law Jake. "Hey Jake, this is Demi." Joe introduced the two of them shaking hands.
"Come in, Beth just woke up after a nap." He explained holding the door open for them which they entered. Joe wondered over to the bed leaning down hugging Beth who hugged her little brother back but she was still exhausted from giving birth.
"How are you and baby?" Joe questioned pulling away taking hold of Demi's hand again.
"We're fine," Beth giggled slightly as she watched her brother's expression when he laid eyes on the latest addition to the what was becoming a large family.
"Why is my nephew wearing pink?" Joe questioned again.
"They read the scan wrong it's a girl," Jake explained a smile on his one face. "You can hold her if you like before she drops off to sleep?" Joe leaned down into the bassinette bringing the newborn little girl up into his arms. "She's small."
"What did you name her?" Demi inquired a smile on her face as she admired the baby.
"Skylar Rose." Beth answered.
"Have Aiden and Ryder met her yet?" They shook their heads.
"My parents are coming over later and bringing them over to meet her, they still think they're getting a little brother." Jake explained.
"They'll be excited then." Joe stated laying the girl down in Demi's arms, soon enough she wouldn't be able to hold anything big but for now she was alright to hold the newborn.
"She's beautiful guys," Demi praised admiring the girl as she slowly fell to sleep in her arms. "I'll let her sleep." Demi laid her gently back down in her bassinette smiling as Joe pecked her lips gently. She knew he was getting excited about meeting their own children.
"I can't wait to meet our babies." Joe admitted as they strolled back home. Demi smiled squeezing his hand gently kissing his arm.
"I can't wait either but we still have a little while to wait." Demi disapproved, she didn't feel much different yet but she knew there was still time for that. She wasn't looking forward to the backache or the foot ache but she knew that it would be worth it in the end when she was staring down at her own babies, the babies she made with a man she really cared about and maybe loved.
"I kinda wish that they would stay in there until we know everything is okay. Gary is still out there, my mom isn't even around to share this experience. At the moment they are safer in there then they are out here." Joe admitted Demi squeezing his hand gently.
"Joe everything will be okay, I'm only twelve weeks along." Demi assured him leaning up kissing his cheek gently Joe cracking a small smile.
"I'm getting impatient already." Joe mumbled Demi giggling as she leaned her head on his arm the two of them continuing to walk. Joe knew he loved Demi and Demi knew she loved Joe but they hadn't admitted that to each other yet.
