Demi left the room when her phone started ringing seeing it was Joe. She left the room shutting the door behind her knowing that they would be okay having their lunch. She didn't have any little ones she needed to feed today but sometime did. She answered the phone call holding it up to her ear but she didn't know if she wanted to know what was happening.

"Hey how is she?" Demi questioned.

"She's okay." Joe answered but Demi could hear a smile in his voice.

"Joe what is going on?" Demi demanded to know.

"She's having puppies, she's in labour." Joe explained laughing as she squealed clearly excited about the news she had just received.

"But I was told when we got them they were both already done." Demi stated sitting down on the step, she was happy that Bailey was going to be okay and even more happy that they would be welcoming some puppies to the family. She knew already they wouldn't be able to keep them all because of room but for a while at least until they weren't feeding of Bailey anymore they would have the puppies around even if it makes no sense on why they are arriving.

"Apparently not but I will need to come back and get AJ, he could be the daddy and that would not be a good idea." Demi nodded her head in agreement even though he couldn't see.

"Yeah hopefully not otherwise these puppies could have some serious problems. Has she had any yet or are we still waiting?"

"She's had one and she seems like she'll be a good mother so far, he's breathing." Joe praised a smile on his face.

"Good, keep me updated. See you soon." Demi stated the two of them saying goodbye before they hung up. She'd keep this from the boys for now but she knew they would be excited when they realise that there would be more dogs in the house.

Bailey ended up giving birth to four little puppies, three girls and one little boy. She was given her space doing it all by herself, cleaning them as they entered helping them take their first breath as they entered the world. Joe was sat with her at the moment Bailey more than happy for Joe to be there around her puppies as they had their first feed.

"You're going to be a good mom Bailey."Joe praised stroking her head Bailey closing her eyes in satisfaction but Joe could see that she was getting ready for a nap. The pups would as well when they had finished their feed.

"You have a visitor," He heard looking around seeing Demi stood there AJ on the leash, he smiled as AJ pulled forward wanting to see his sister. The two dogs greeted each other when Demi made her way over with him. "We checked AJ and he has been neutered, they probably just missed Bailey out by mistake."

"They look like husky puppies, I was thinking it could be the husky down the street, I'm sure he's a male." Demi stated sitting down with Joe admiring the puppies.

"Where are the kids?" Joe questioned stroking AJ now who was laid down next to Bailey keeping his eyes on the puppies.

"Receptionist are looking after them for a minute, I can't be long though?" Demi stated.

"You can take them home now if you want, if you have any more problems you can drop by." Lee instructed, they had a feed and there weren't any problems. Normally the mother would give birth at home anyway. They leant a cage big enough for Bailey and the puppies so they could stay together and would set up a quiet space for Bailey to be away from any children so she could raise her babies in peace. They wanted to give these puppies the best start in life as they could just like they would if they were welcoming their own baby into the world.
