"Come on Niall today is a very special day for daddy, we should get ready." Demi cooed lifting Niall out of the crib laying him down on the changing table beginning to change him into his day clothes. He had just be fed but was laid down while Jayden fed, it had been two weeks but she still didn't feel comfortable breast feeding both boys at the same time without help of Joe. She didn't want him around them at all today with him being so nervous, his nightmares have been getting worse, he was really struggling to cope. He had spent the night with his mother after days of begging him that he wasn't fit to be around their sons and that it would be better for him to relax before the big day. They all wanted it to go well and for Gary to get what he needed.
"Demi where are you?!" She heard a voice.
"In the nursery!" Demi called back soon seeing Nick and Willa entering the room. Willa instantly made her way over to the crib cooing at Jayden as she lifted him up. They would be looking after them today while Demi supported Joe at the hearing. They didn't want to risk Gary seeing them so Nick and Willa had come down to look after them while they were away.
"How are they doing?" Nick questioned.
"They're just fine, it's the boyfriend I'm worried about. He's really starting to struggle." Demi sighed pulling Niall's shirt down his torso lifting him up in her arms kissing his head.
"Bless him but he went through a lot and it's obviously starting to get on top of him. Gary will get what he deserves today then hopefully you can all settle down." Willa encouraged bouncing Jayden gently, he begun to make cooing noises as if he wanted to laugh but was unable. Demi laid Niall down in Nick's arms starting to clear away the clothes Jayden and Niall wore in bed.
"I really hope so, I know he's trying his best but it's just too much for him to be a dad around the boys, I'd much rather him be the great dad I know he will be when all this has blown over," Demi admitted kissing Jayden and Niall on the head. "I'm going to get ready, thanks for looking after them." Demi left before they could say anything. She just wanted to get today over with.
Demi pulled up in the back of the car as it pulled up in front of her. She bucked in before Denise pulled away sharing a kiss with Joe taking hold of his hand. She could see already how nervous he was and scared that Gary would get away with something so minor, this had to go well otherwise Demi didn't know what would happen.
"How are you?" Demi questioned as she looked over at her boyfriend, Joe just shrugged his shoulders making Demi sigh kissing his cheek. "Everything will be okay."
"How were the boys last night?" Joe questioned avoiding the subject.
"They were good, I still find it hard to breast feed both at the same time without you there though." Demi admitted.
"You'll get used to all this Demi then by the time your fourth child has arrived you'll be a pro, Joe was by far the best baby." Denise stated Demi laughing.
"I don't want to think about anymore babies at the moment, two boys around is enough for anyone." Demi answered squeezing Joe's hand gently. They loved being parents, they wouldn't like because they had already shared how much they would have more in the future. When they were settled and were happy to welcome another.
"Oh Demi there's a job going at the gym, just a receptionist if you want to apply?" Joe suggested Demi shaking her head.
"Not when the boys are this young, I'd rather have a job I can do from home and if not just wait until they are a little older." Demi expressed.
"That's fine." Joe approved kissing the side of her head leaving his lips there longer than necessary. He was trying to get his mind of what would be happening today.
