Shanks/Child! Luffy x OC ~ Chemistry Like No Other (One Piece)

I kicked my target in the gut sending him flying back and crashing into a bar. I put my hands in m pockets and walked easily after him. I walked through the hole he made making sure not to make it any worse. 

I'd made quite a scene as the bar before me was quite full. All he patrons of the bar were looking at me and the man I'd knocked out with wide eyes. 

I gave them a closed eyed smile as I stopped before my target. "Please excuse me. I didn't mean to make such a mess."

A waitress came over. "Are you alright?"  

I nodded. "I'm fine. I'm a bounty hunter." The men around me tensed making me think they were pirates. They certainly looked the part. "Is this your bar? I didn't mean to cause such trouble." I pulled out some belie and handed it to her. "I think this should be enough to get it fixed." Her eyes opened wide. 

I heard a familiar giggle. "Still causing trouble, I see. It's been a while Izzy."

I looked behind me and a familiar head of red hair stood there looking at me with a big smile. I returned the happy gesture, my cheeks hurting from how wide i was grinning. "Shanks" I mused. "It has been a very long time." I saw a couple men grab either the swords or guns at their sides. "What are the odds that I'd meet up with you on this island of all islands?"

"They're rare indeed, but I'm thankful no less." He looked sweetly into my eyes.

I giggled. "I see you're still as sweet as last time we met." 

He stepped closer, wrapping an arm around my waist and pulling me the rest of the way so our chests touched. I smiled lazily into his eyes. He smelled of musk and liquor. "And as smooth with the ladies" I breathed over his lips. 

Shanks opened his mouth to speak but a groaning and rustling behind me distracted up both. My bounty was beginning to wake up from being knocked out. 

"Excuse me just a moment." I spun out of his arms and hit my bounty on the top of his head. His eyes shut and he slumped back to the ground where he had been. I cuffed his arms together and then cuffed them to the bar he slumped against. 

As if on cue an arm slipped between my arm and waist grabbing hold of me and pulling against a strong chest. "It's been years since I last saw you and you seem even stronger."

"I am" I smirked turning my head.

Shanks stared intensely into my eyes. "You should show me sometime. Somewhere a little more private" he tempted. 

"Place and time" I countered. 

A plank of wood came down knocking the red haired pirate out just for a moment. He recovered quickly and slowly rubbed the now swollen bump on his head.

I was so shocked by the attack I jumped from his arms. 

The attacker was a cute little boy. I'd seen him around here and there for the last couple days. He was adorable to say the least. He had a head of raven black hair and a little scar under his eye. 

"Leave her alone!" he yelled. 

"Luffy!" Shanks yelled. 

Luffy came to stand before me. "Don't worry lady I'll protect you from him." 

I giggled leaning down and wrapping my arms around him. I picked him up and held him tight. "Aren't you sweetest thing." I brought my face to his and gave his cheek a peck. "Thank you. What is the name of my savior?" 

"I'm Luffy!" he said with red cheeks. "Who are you?"

"I'm Izzy. I'm a bounty hunter."

"A bounty hunter?!" He tried to push himself away from me. "If you're trying to take Shanks I won't let you!"
