Through it All

Chapter 57

Cheyenne is having trouble finding something to wear because of all the marks B had left on her last night. She finally decides on a pair of dark wash ripped capris and a pink sleeveless flows shirt that shows a little skin in front and is longer in the back. She wears some big gold hoop earrings her watch and her engagement ring. She grabs her brown clutch and puts her phone ID and a couple of cards in it before slipping on her brown strappy wedges. BG is in black ripped jeans with a black Harley tshirt and of course his chains, rings and his favorite black boots and his signature black cap.

BG and Cheyenne meet Sierra Colt Ellie Brody Claire Kolby Ace Luke and Caroline Jason and Brittany Thomas and Lauren Ben John Jon Carrie and Mike JJ Watt and Miranda downstairs to go celebrate their engagement. They were all dressed in jeans and a few of the girls had on sundresses.

When they all got downstairs Luke explained that they had a room reserved at a steakhouse and then they would go from there to some of Nashville's hot spots and they would do so in style on a party bus. So they could drink all they wanted to or could afford. Your meal is paid for but anything else is on you. Let's get this party started !

They all loaded the bus and the driver welcomed them and turned the music up and the colored lights in the bus on. BG and Cheyenne sat at the back of bus with all the others filling in on each side . No one was up dancing a few were talking when BG whispered to Cheyenne I thought this was supposed to be a celebration. Looks like you and I are the only ones who know how to party darlin. So follow my lead. She smiled and said you got it baby.

BG made his way to the front of the bus and asked the driver if he had the song Ride in his arsenal of songs. The driver grinned and said sure do. BG said put it on and keep things pumping, cause me and my lady are celebrating. You got it man. The music starts to play and BG starts dancing and singing making his way back to Cheyenne but as he goes by he does a body roll in front of Claire and looks at Kolby with an I dare you look. He points to Cheyenne and motioned for her to get up so she does and does a body roll in front of Luke and Caroline they get it and get up and start dancing . Cheyenne makes her way to BG and he makes his way to her and they meet in the middle and they grind on each other. The kids yell stop we don't need to see that and BG looks at them and says well get up I thought this was a party celebration. To bad it takes the old folks to show you how it's done. Miranda and Cheyenne wind up next to each other and dance a while. Then Cheyenne and BG make their way to their seats to watch everyone. As they sit there BG puts his arm around her shoulders and pulls her a little closer and whispers in her ear I love you baby. She half turns her face kisses him and tells him I love you too. About that time Ben comes and pulls Cheyenne out of BG's arms and dances with her in front of him and Miranda pulls BG up and dances with him while they are protesting and JJ says brother you started this so y'all can't sit down now. BG and Cheyenne get together and start dancing. Ace hits Sierra and nods at them and says you know I love seeing mom happy. It was rough at home after dad died she was so sad. I know it hasn't been that long and even these last 3 weeks there are times I see her sitting looking at pictures of her and dad. BG is good for her don't you think? Sierra asked him why he never said anything to her or Ellie that it was bad. He shrugged and said what could you do? She tried to hide it from me. Sierra said B makes her happy and he will keep her young, she's too young to be alone the rest of her life. Ace tells her now I won't feel guilty going off to college.
Different ones were sitting down taking a breather and a Jana Kramer song came on and Cheyenne said can we change it I've dealt with her enough today. Miranda told the driver to change the music and then said turn it down some she looked at Cheyenne and said what did you mean when you said you had dealt with her enough today? Everyone stopped and looked at Cheyenne. Cheyenne said I had rather not say cause some ears don't need to hear it. Sierra told her momma to say whatever she needed to say that they were grown ups and it would be fine. Brantley told them that she didn't say anything that bad but what he said he would not repeat for them because he respected their mother and shouldn't have said it. Cheyenne tells the story of how she came to their room and pushed her way in and how she held her against the wall and told her off and that she would come through her if she needed to talk to BG cause if she didn't she would beat her ass and would probably do her a favor in the process cause she could have her nose and boobs fixed right this time. Then Jana said some ugly things about me to BG and he put her in her place in a not so nice way and she left. Everyone laughed and Miranda yelled woo wee girl I knew I liked you for a reason. JJ looked at her and said Its hard for me to believe that a little thing as you could do much damage and I don't mean any disrespect when I say that cause you are tiny. That got a laugh from the band her kids and BG and Kolby. BG pulls out his phone pulls up a video and gives it to JJ and tells him to press play. JJ hits play and as soon as it starts Cheyenne looks at BG and tells him she didn't know he had a video of that. BG grins and said Axel sent it to him. JJ looks up and said okay remind me not to ever mess with her. Everybody else had to see it and they got a kick out of it and asked if she had taught her girls and they said yeah from the time we could walk. Ellie said and we know how to shoot too. Daddy taught us guns momma taught us self defense. Claire spoke up and said then when we became friends they taught me too. Cheyenne spoke up and said every girl should know self defense cause you never know when you will need it. Mike spoke up and said I sense a story behind this but we are here to celebrate so let's make our way into the steakhouse and continue this party with some good food.
