Chapter 97

Chey POV

I still can't believe that I get to wake up in these arms every day. I know I need to get up and get things together but I really just want to stay snuggled in my husband's arms. I love how that sounds. I roll over so I can look at B while he sleeps, I think it's time for payback. I grab my phone and snap a picture and upload it to social media with the caption "  Good morning from the Gilbert's I'm so blessed to wake up in these arms every day" I hear his phone start buzzing on his night stand and I go to sit up and I scream cause I have pain shooting up between my legs. B jumps up and asks what's wrong Chey? I'm crying and I tell him I'm hurting to go start me some bath water. He jumps up and goes in there and I look down and there is blood on the sheets. I'm starting to get a little worried but I can't let B see. I push off the bed and stand up it hurts but it's better. I make my way to the bathroom and use the bathroom before I get in the tub. When I wiped there was no fresh blood so that's a good thing. I start to get in the tub and B picks me up and sets me in the warm water and I moan cause it feels good. B still looks panicked. Baby why don't you order is breakfast okay. I may need you to do something for me. He looks at me and says anything. I'm probably gonna need either a panty liner or maxi pad. Can you see if they have any downstairs in the shop. Yeah need anything else? Yes a good morning kiss from my husband. He smiles and kisses me and says I will be right back don't get out till I get back. I nod.

BG POV
How is she so calm? She screamed in pain and then just goes about her business. I saw the pool of blood I need to take care of that at the front desk since I'm down here. I walk in the shop and get a pack of panty liners and maxi pads not sure which one she needs. I go up to check out and Sierra walks in and heads to me but I didn't get them in the bag quick enough. She raises an eyebrow I tell her I am doing what I was told. She looks at me and asks if her mom is okay. I told her she was in the tub when I left her. She said Pop my momma hasn't used that stuff since Ace was 2 and she had surgery so I'm gonna ask one more time if she's okay. I look at her and say all I know is she told me to come get these. She bled last night and Sierra stopped me. Was it during sex? Sierra I'm not, she interrupt me again yes or no Pop yes we noticed it after and she went to get up and she screamed and was crying I wanted to take her to the doctor last night but she laughed at me. Sierra said Pop she will be fine. Take that to her get her an ice pack to put between her legs while she sits and gets ready to help numb and reduce swelling. You don't understand ther was a pool of blood this morning. I do understand Pop something is torn up inside or on the outside. It happens occasionally . Just give her a day or two and she'll be fine. Sierra I'm not gonna lie I was scared to death I can't lose her. She smiles your not going to Pop she's a warrior and they always survive. You have to remember that momma hasn't pushed a baby out down there. So in all honesty it's probably tight and you are a big guy compared to momma and I know this may sound weird but daddy wasn't big. Sierra really ? I ask her. Pop let's just say that when we grow up and go to college and get married it changes the mother daughter relationship. We are best friends. No she doesn't share as much with me and Ellie as her other girlfriends but when we need advice she shares and sometimes gives examples. I feel awful now. Sierra looks at me and said was she happy last night? Yeah I tell her. She said don't worry then. Love you Pop see you in a bit. I go to the front desk and explain what happened about that time of month came early and needed to pay for the sheets and mattress. They said it happens all the time not to worry about it. I head upstairs to check on Chey.

Chey POV

I'm a lot better now it was probably because I had slept and hadn't moved in a while. B comes in and asks me how I am and I tell him better. He said he ran into Sierra and I laugh cause I know she asked a million questions. It was awkward for you. Yeah he said. Okay help me out. Im moving pretty good now. Still no fresh blood when I wipe but it's sore to touch. B said he wanted to look he does and says oh my god baby I'm sorry we are never having sex again. I said hand me that mirror off the sink. I look and its bruises and has a small tear so that is where the blood came from. I laugh at him and tell him it's not bad and yes we would be having sex again. Since we are traveling about 5 hours today I am gonna wear leggings and my big Bama tshirt with my flip flops. I put on a pair of bikini panties and a liner and get ready. We had packed most everything up yesterday. So I got everything together and we ate our breakfast. B decided to wear his under armour black track pants and his Dawgs t shirt with his Nike tennis shoes . It's 9:45 and we head down with our stuff to settle up our final bills for the block of rooms and out bar bill last night from the party. I dread hearing it. When I heard the number I about had a heart attack 15,000.00 . B just pulled out his card and said do 16,000.00 cause Mary deserves the tip everything went flawless. We will definitely use this again. The manager came out and said we have enjoyed y'all staying and it was very refreshing working with y'all. Mary couldn't sing your praises enough about how easy you were to work with. I will say I had my doubts about y'all based on Mr Gilbert's looks and some of his songs but it taught me a lesson. They told me you offered to pay for the mattress and I appreciate that gesture but those are things that happen and is worked in our budget. They shook hands and B told him that they had our business any time we were in town. He gave B his number to call him directly for rooms .  The kids were there waiting and Ellie had Jake in tow so he's coming to Bama with us and Claire is with momma and Kolby headed to B's house. We get on the road and B told me to lean over and go to sleep since we were in the truck. Our life in the fast lane begins again. His phone is going crazy he still doesn't know that I posted that picture this morning.

BG POV
I told Cheyenne to go to sleep and she actually did. My phone keeps going off so I'm sure people are posting about the party last night. It really was good! My phone rings and its Ben.
BG- hey man what's up
B- You haven't been on social media today have you?
BG- no it's been going off but I'm driving.
B- Chey hasn't either since she posted either then I'm taking it
BG - no she's sleeping got a busy few days coming up and she's not feeling good today
B- I hate to be the one to tell you BG but it has gotten ugly on there and it's gonna piss you off and hurt her pretty bad. I'm thinking none of the kids have or you would know
BG- What is it Ben?
B- She posted a pic of y'all in the bed this morning you were asleep. It was like the one you posted the other night, but they are tearing her to shreds and BG some one claims to have a sex tape of y'all.
BG- Shit! Okay I will call our lawyer about getting on the person with the sex tape. Maybe I can get this handled before she wakes up. Thanks bro.

So I call our lawyer and he said they were already on it that if it is then because we didn't know it or consent he can go to jail. And that they have contacted all social media sources and they are working on their end to get the offensive posts taken down but that we had pictures of all the comments. That way we can press charges against them for cyber bullying stalking and slander. I'm gonna go for it all BG. I know y'all are public figures but that is taking it to far. I will tell you since you haven't seen it that there are numerous death threats against her. So you need to make sure you are carrying and that she is too. Okay I tell him I will put it on when I get out of the truck.

Sierra is calling me
BG- I know it's bad and that they tell me I'm gonna be pissed and that they have threatened her and tore her to pieces just know our lawyer was already on it and has been touch with the police.  And no she is asleep and hasn't seen it.

S- Thank God Pop! I'm so pissed off and really wanted to tear them all a new hole but I guess that is why we have friends like Miranda, Luke, Tim and Faith, Kenny, Carrie, JJ Watt, Justin, Thomas, Jana and Amber believe it or not  Pop defended her. Almost everyone who is anyone in country music chimed in on yalls behalf.
BG- well they are trying to get the social media to pull the offensive comments and posts and threatening them with jail time. Did you see the post about a sex tape?
S- yeah I did, not something I want to know about or see but my God Pop y'all are married so who cares if you have sex? You could be into all kinds of kinky stuff and I don't care. Who gets off on stuff like this?  Do you know if momma has her pistol with her?
BG- I think so and as soon as we stop I'm strapping up and getting her one for her purse. I will not let anything happen to her I promise you that baby girl.
S- I know you will Pop love you and keep her phone away from her.
BG- well that's gonna be a little hard to do she has it open now let me go. We may pull over depends.

I look at Cheyenne and I don't know what she is thinking,  for once I can't read her.  Then she starts laughing. I signal that I am pulling over at the next exit, and I pull into a gas station. She is laughing so hard she is crying.  Everyone else pulls in behind us. Cheyenne talk to me baby! You are scaring me!!! She looks up and says if they think talking about my weight, my age, my singing is gonna send me running they have another thing coming B!  And just let these tramps come after me, they will not like what  they find I promise you that. I can take care of myself and my family. Now the sex tape that means it was done without our consent and they will go to jail if they put it out there. That really will piss those tramps off when they hear/ see just how well we take care of each other. So yeah it has pissed me off big time and that isn't good for them but I'm not gonna fall apart. You didn't fall in love with some weak girl you fell in love with a country girl from Bama who can kick ass when she needs to so strap up and let's let the kids know that I'm okay so we can get back on the road. I love you B and that you wanted to handle it all.

I get my holster out and strap on and she goes and talks to the kids and let's them know she's okay. They all high 5 her then run in for a pit stop and we are back on the road.  I called Ben back and let him know that she's a strong country girl from Bama who an kickass. He just laughs and said I should have known. I will let everyone know and will see you on Monday.
I watch as she texts our friends thanking them for their  support and letting them know that she is a strong country girl from Bama who can kick ass. She texts both Jana and Amber her thanks for their kind words. She never ceases to amaze me.
