Chapter 90

Sierra POV
My mom has been through so much in her life and yet I watch her just keep rolling with the punches life throws at her. My grandmother is a piece of work. BG has already called his lawyer to get paperwork started if she thinks she is taking my 17 year old brother away from my mom she has another thing coming. We get hit with that as we walk in the door of their suite. Mom is on the phone with grandmother and that is what she was being told. My dad would be so mad at his mom. Ace is beside himself and momma just walked away after she got off the phone. Ace followed her while BG talked to the lawyer. Really wished she would just leave us alone. She made her choices and now she can pay for the way she done mom and dad and us kids. Ace has come out and BG heads in there to momma. If anyone can help her it is BG. He loves momma and she loves him. I'm glad she isn't alone anymore. Ellie Ace and I were worried that she would just give up when dad died but we really should have known better momma isn't a quitter even though most people would have crumbled with what she has went through. I'm so proud to call her my mom, I hope I have half the strength she has and look as good as she does. She's 41 but she looks 31, no one knows just by looking at them that she is older thanBG.

Ellie POV

My grandmother had went to far now. We are here to celebrate mom and BG marriage with the whole world. Technically they are supposed to be on their honeymoon and she gets hit with that. Just wait till I get back home and I'm making a trip to see them and they will not like what I have to say. Don't mess with my momma. Not that she needs help cause she is one kick ass woman. I'm proud that she is my momma, most people would be locked in a mental facility with what all she has been through but no it's like she has been made of steel but at the same time she is so soft and loving. Not to mention she looks 30 instead of 41. I'm ready to go out and celebrate with her and BG and make her forget all this crap with my grandmother.

BG POV
I ain't having my baby's day ruined. I called our lawyer and he's on it so we will be good. Ace stepped up like a man to take car of his momma, I'm proud of him. Robert would be proud of him. I'm afraid that she will start shutting down if we sit here tonight and then it will ruin our celebration tomorrow. I hope the kids will say they want to go out. When I saw her laying on the floor sobbing I wanted to kill someone. It ripped my heart out that she was hurting like that but I promise this is gonna be the last time. The fact that she defended me was not lost on me. My wife of 5 days defended me , this old redneck biker man from Jefferson Georgia.  I want to do something special for her tomorrow and I may have to round up some help from our family and friends. I want to show her how much I love her and how much she means to me. I never knew I could love someone like this. I loved Amber and it hurt when she walked out but nothing can compare to how I feel just thinking about losing Chey. Now I'm about to get a party started. As I walk in the living space I ask them what they are doing tonight? They all look around and said we need to go out. I said good we are on the same page, not gonna let this be ruined so put our minds together and figure out what we can do. Sierra said we have never been to the Opry do you think that would be possible? Momma loves the Opry. Woah that is good, we could go tour the hall of fame and let me make a couple calls I might could get her a chance to sing. Not sure who is supposed to be there tonight but it shouldn't matter they love it when other singers show up. It's part of the Oprys history. Then we can go to some of the historic places that have been the starting point of some of today's stars. Let me go make some calls and y'all get her agree to go out.

Cheyenne POV

Sierra Ellie and Ace come in and ask if we could all go to the Opry tonight and the Hall of Fame tonight. I told them I didn't know and they were like 5 year olds please momma, please? I meant I'm not sure if they are sold out or who is even scheduled to be there. We can make a call or look it up online or ask BG if he knows who we can call since he has performed there. Ellie where is Brody? She drops her head and said he didn't come and I ask her was he okay and she said yeah he's fine I guess just not working out momma. Okay why haven't you told me before now I may be on the road but I will always be there for you. Ellie smiles and says I know that momma but I decided that it was best to go our separate ways now instead of waiting tillAugust. He said he didn't think that it was gonna work with me 4 hours away and him having to coach and teach so I said then why continue now. I mean if you ain't gonna give it a chance then why waste the rest of my summer on something that is going nowhere besides now I can dance and flirt with all the good looking musicians and singers. I'm okay momma I promise, you know I had doubts with him taking that job. What did Colt say? Sierra looked at Ellie and said he said he's outta the league. We all laughed and that was how B found us. The kids want to do the Hall of Fame and the Opry tonight do you think it's possible? He said I heard y'all and yes we can do it, we have tickets for the 8:00 pm show. I set up a private tour for 6pm. So we all need to get ready so we can make it.
