  "You look like a mess."

"You look like a home wrecker."

Luke snorted, but didn't smile. "I'm going to miss them."

  Annie nodded, agreeing.

"I'm really going to miss them. This was a bad idea. I should hurry, maybe I can make it to the airport before they-"

Annie pushed his shoulder gently. "Come on. Let's watch a movie or something, you know you can't just go to the airport. Johanna would kill you."

He shook his head, running a hand through his hair. "I just- We're always together! Only a few days out of the whole year are we ever apart, and not even then. Why am I letting them leave?" He was freaking out, and Annie could see why. She hadn't been away from Calum for this long since he was in the accident. But Luke... well, he lived with Ashton and Michael, and had for years. They saw Calum just about every day. And now the three of them where leaving without Luke. Whatever Annie was feeling, Luke must have been feeling it worse.

They boys and Johanna had left not ten minutes ago, and it was definitely a lot more dramatic than it should have been. The boys kept on making eye contact, almost having conversations with their eyes, all looking sadly at Luke. None of them really wanted to go either. Ashton had made a kind of weak joke, and Michael was trying not to tear up.

Annie and Calum had shared one last kiss before he left. Annie had wanted to ask him to stay, but she wouldn't. It was silly. He'd be back in just a few days- until then, Annie would do just fine with Luke.

It was about ten in the morning when the boys had all left. Annie and Luke ended up watching tv, and ordering pizza for lunch. Luke declared that he was going to eat whatever he wanted during this mini vacation, instead of following the rules his contract set. He didn't hold back either. He ended up eating two thirds of the large pizza, and wouldn't had more if Annie hadn't beat him too it. There was a constant flow of soda. Around three, he pulled out the popcorn.

It wasn't that extreme, but with their strict regimen, even the junk food he was eating seemed like a bit much. But Annie certainly didn't complain- she and Calum switched out for who cooked, so she ended up eating pretty healthy too. Besides, of course, their regular In and Out run.

Luke left to run errands or kill someone or something- Annie hadn't paid attention when he told her- so Annie was left in the house all alone. She peaked around, looking at the house that she had spent so much time in but never really knew. She looked in Ashton's room, which was pretty familiar. Luke's too. She'd been in Calum's room only a handful of times, but at this point it was beginning to feel more familiar. Annie peaked in the closet, and even though she wasn't really cold, she pulled out one of his sweatshirts and put it on purely because it was his and it still smelled like him.

  She was so whipped.

She walked back to the living room, ignoring the last bedroom in the hallway and plopping on the couch. She had to plug in her phone, but after she did she was able to pull up Twitter.

No new tweets from the boys.

Johanna probably told them not to tweet at the airport or on the way, so that way people couldn't track them.

Actually- strike that. Annie got a notification that Ashton had just posted something, so she clicked on it.

It was a selfie, with Calum and Mikey in the background poking each other and laughing. The caption read "I got stuck in a car with those weird guys."

Two new notifications popped up, and Annie clicked the first one.

"Calum the drama queen" was the first one. Michael had posted it, and it had a picture of Calum looking out the window dramatically. Annie laughed, reposting it.

The other tweet was from Calum, and it had no caption, just an artsy picture of Ashton and Michael pointing to something in the distance. Annie could see the picture was taken at an airport. Repost.

Johanna probably had them wait until they got to the other airport to post their tweets. Not that the people in the comments knew that- half the comments on Calum's picture was asking how they took pictures in the airport and in the van at the same time. Annie rolled her eyes.

She didn't know what to do next. Sighing, she decided she probably should work, so she went and read through some of the tweets on the boys twitter accounts- the ones fans wrote. Most of the ones were the normal 'ily' 'have my babies' and whatnot, but a lot were also about her. Not a ton of hate- people who hated on her mainly just tagged her in it, so she didn't have to worry. The ones about her on Calum's account were mainly positive.

Luke walked in the door, setting down some bags on the counter, that held either groceries or body parts. Annie still wasn't sure where he'd gone, but at the moment she didn't care.

"'Calum what gives' 'noooo why are you dating her and not me!' 'They look so good together tbh' 'she's breaking up Cashton' 'I love her hair'" Annie quoted. Luke didn't so much as raise his eyebrows.

"I see you found the tweets." Luke commented.

Annie nodded. "A lot of them hate me, but it's okay. I'd hate me too."

"I hate you." Luke declared. Annie shrugged.

"I'm not particularly fond of you either."

Then Annie got up and helped Luke make dinner. They ate at the table, then watched a movie.

Later that night, Luke decided he was going to go to bed. "I'll come too," Annie announced.

"Aren't you sleeping in Calum's room?"

  "Not if Calum isn't there."

So Luke shrugged, and they went to his room. And they cuddled. And they spooned. And they fell asleep.

And in the morning, Annie woke up and was sad because it wasn't Calum who woke up besides her. And when Luke woke up, he felt the same.
