  A/N:
1)I was writing a draft for a new description for the book while in class. My entire class was silently working, and this guy next to me reads (loudly, everyone hears every word very clearly) "Confessing their love? And like that they were falling-" and I turned off my iPad and was like "What about it?" And he's like "no, it sounds intriguing! Let me read it!" And I didn't, but literally this boy just announced to the entire class that I write a romance novel. It could have been worse though- he could've said "who are Calum, Mikey, Luke and Ashton?"

2) I was just singing "I really hate, re-cover-y. Obsession, depression, and then another three! And then acceptance, OMG! I really hate, recovery."

3) Also, you guys seem to be getting bored, so I'll let this chapter be a lil bit saucy.

The air was devoid of words, as usual. Now that Calum had lost his voice, Annie rarely spoke to him, instead gesturing or texting him. That way, they could be equal in their communication. They would also be the bomb at charades in the future.

They were laying in the living room floor, propped up by their elbows, eating cereal for dinner. Calum had found Annie staring at the refrigerator, looking lost, and had pulled her to his side and grabbed a box of cereal. Neither of them complained.

But as they are their cereal, it become obvious that Calum had something on his mind. He kept on glancing at Annie, at her shoulders of something, as if sneakily trying to find something. Finally, Annie pushed aside her cereal and sat up, raising her eyebrows with a lite smile. It was almost mocking, like 'oh, do I have something on my shirt?'

Calum considered it, before pushing aside his cereal too, and crawling over to Annie. She was expecting a kiss, or a something of the like, but instead he placed a hand on her shoulder and pushed her over, straddling her waist as she squeaked in surprise. He leant down, catching her lips in a kiss.

But he pulled away before it got too heated, and looked at Annie as a way of asking permission. He glanced at her neck, and back at her.

  She nodded.

Annie had thought he would kiss her on the neck, or something of the like, but instead he brushed her hair aside as she titled her head to expose more of it. Calum leaned down, and traced it delicately. That was when Annie realized what he had been wanting too see.

When they were on vacation, Calum had accidentally touched one of the bruises on her neck. She had immediately recoiled, freaking out. That night, she had asked him to do it again. He crawled up next to her on the hotel bed, and traced the bruises on her neck, the bruises that Mikey had left. This time was different though, because the bruises had long since faded. But Calum traced where they were, and then leaning down slowly, kissed the spots where they both remembered the worst bruises were at.

When he finished, and moved off of Annie, she got up and crawled to his lap. Sitting, facing him, she touched his cheek with gentle fingers and pressed, so she could see the healing cut on his jawline. It was getting much better, still obviously there, but when she touched under his chin he didn't flinch.

The night went on like that. No talking, just trusting. Calum showed Annie where the cut in his arm was, from when Annie had attacked him with the lamp. Annie pulled off her shirt, and showed him the bruise on her back that still hadn't faded, from all the times she'd been thrown against the wall. Calum pulled off his shirt as well, and showed Annie the stitches on his stomach.

Eventually they became tired of this, and opted for making out instead. Heavy, deep making out, with bodies moving against each other and hands wandering further. Soon it became too hit for their pants, which they gladly disposed of. That night, Annie thought she might just be ready to go further, which she whispered to Calum. But he wasn't ready, so they stopped when they were running out of clothes to take off.
