Park Hae Jin

(Start music when you see "*")

Hae Jin made plans for us to meet up today since we both were in Tokyo for a business trip. I arrived first, wondering if he was there already here somewhere, and called him.
"Hello? I'm here, where are you?" I said into the phone.
"Mmmm..... Try and find me."
"What? There's so many people~!"
He laughed through the phone and my heart fluttered. It sounded a bit husky but still very charming. "Turn around."

*Start music here*

Once I turned around, my eyes still had to search for him a little bit due to all of the people walking around and due to the cheery blossom petals gently blowing towards my face.
Then.....I saw him. He still had the phone by his ear and was staring straight at me with the sweetest smile ever. Soon enough, everything else began to fade away with only him and the flying petals. He chuckled and said, "Stay right there...I'm coming."
He hung up and put the phone in his pocket, and walked towards me with wide strides. I was starstruck and didn't even remove the phone from my ear. He's so handsome...

He arrived and stood in front of me, chuckling. "Close your mouth, you're drooling."
"Huh?"
"Unless you really want to taste the cherry blossoms, I can't stop you there."
I quickly closed my mouth and looked away as I removed the phone, feeling my cheeks flush red. Suddenly, he reached out and touched my hair with both of his hands. "Stay still."
I froze and looked at the floor, my heart beating rapidly. What's wrong with me?

"There, all done. No more petals in your hair." He said chuckling.
"Ah... T-thank you." He smiled at me and I couldn't help but smile back.
"Let's go." He grabbed my hand and we took off.
"Oh! Where are we going?"

When he dragged me off to a different area of the park, we both finally realized that we were still holding hands and quickly let go, looking away embarrassed.
He laughed nervously and said, "There's a uh...band playing over here."
"O-okay. Let's go watch." I did my best to not smile awkwardly and we headed over together.

The day was well spent with Hae Jin. When it was beginning to get dark, we sat at a bench in the park and relaxed out feet.

"I've been curious.... Why did you want to meet up today?"
"Well, it's our second day here in Japan and out first free day to do what we want to do sooo...I wanted to spend it with you."
"Me? Why?" I asked surprised.
"Because I like you."
His straightforward answer took me by surprise and I choked on my saliva. I started coughing and he quickly handed me a bottle of water while patting my back. He laughed and asked "Are you okay?"

I nodded my head while taking a sip of the water and then realized it was his water bottle. My eyes grew wide and I couldn't help but spit it out in shock and begin coughing again.
"D-d-did we j-just have an indirect k-k-k-k-kiss???"
"Hm?" He finally realized what I just said and began laughing out loud, "Is that why you spit the water out? I thought the water tasted bad or something. It was fine when I drank it."
I quietly spoke to myself, "My lips...."
He chuckled and leaned in closer to me so I instinctively leaned away. He was still really close to me. "Should we kiss directly instead?" His voice was in a quiet and seductive whisper, shivers ran down my spine.
I froze but quickly......and awkwardly....laughed it off and he sat up straight. "Stop joking around~!" Lolol
"I wasn't kidding though."
His serious tone took me by surprise but I quickly pretended to stab my heart and said jokingly, "Ahhhh..my heart! I can't take this!" I make him chuckle and I stood up to walk away but he grabbed onto my wrist and pulled me back. I fell back onto the bench and his other hand cupped my face, bringing me into a kiss.

My eyes opened wider than ever and my hands clutched my knees tightly. He pulled away and laughed at my expression. "What am I supposed to do if you keep acting cute like that?"
I couldn't help but smile and covered my face out of embarrassment. It wasn't long before he took my hands in his and softly gazed into my eyes.

We stayed like that for a moment until he slowly leaned in closer to me, our lips just breaths away. Our eyes slowly closed and I finally felt his soft lips on mine with him kissing me slowly but passionately.
