Living Under The Same Roof [Chanbaek]

Chanyeol POV

It's weird seeing Baekhyun reading papers all the time, like he never pull his eyes out off the paper except when he's taking a bath, I guess...

And one day when I enter his room it's full of sticky notes on wall, I don't know if it's a good thing cause he's working hard for the exam or it's not cause he sometime tend to ignore me...

"Baekhyun-ah, are you going to eat lunch with me later?" I ask as we walk our way to the bus stop, but seems like he didn't hear me at all because he's busy reading again

"Baekhyun! Didn't you heard what I said?" I ask again but this time I tap his shoulder to get his attention

"Huh? What is it?" He ask still his eyes on the reviewers, it annoys me seriously? Does he really need to review that much? I mean nine days straight he never waste time to review, I guess that's enough...

"Never mind" I coldly said and walk faster, but a just a few steps I heard his footsteps became fast too maybe to catch me up, and when he finally catch me up, he interlock our hand

"Don't walk fast, you almost left me there..." If not because of his cuteness I probably left him here...

"Stop reading while walking, can you? You can read that when we arrived at school or at home" I didn't wait for his answer once I saw the bus was already there, we can't missed it

When we find our seat inside the bus he sit beside the window and continue reading again...I just rolled my eyes and heave a deep sigh

"Jonginnn ~" when we arrived at school he quickly waves at his best friend who is diligently reviewing too... He face me and cupped my face

"I'll see you later" he peck my lips before running to Jongin

"So cute..." I mumbles to myself before walking to my room too

Our class ended I decided to fetch Baekhyun to their classroom because I have not seen him during our lunch break...

"Oh myyyy ~ its Chanyeol from star section!!"

"Did he come to see me ~"

"He's so handsome!!"

"One of the best day of my life ~"

One of the reason why I don't like walking here... They treat me like I'm a super star which I don't really like...

"Have you seen Baekhyun?" I ask one of the male classmate of Baekhyun

"He headed to the library right after our class ended" he answers and I just nodded for response and walk away to head to the library

When I step in the library I roamed my eyes around and not too far away from my position I saw Baekhyun sitting alone in one table, I walk towards him that he seems not noticed that I was already standing beside him...

"Baekhyun, let's go home" he was a bit startled when he hears my voice and he shortly glance at me before looking at the book again

"You go home first, I'll just finish this" he said while taking down some notes

"No, we will go home now" I firmly said but he keeps on writing not bothering to listen to me

"Byun Baekhyun, we will go home or I'll not talk to you anymore" I know I'm blackmailing him, but what can I do, I need his attention too, I'll be honest...I missed him already

"But-"

"No buts, let's go" I grab his hand and bag and drag him along with me, until we reach outside the school and I call a taxi and made him ride in first

Baekhyun POV

There was a loud silence during the whole ride, I don't know what's into him he suddenly drag me in an angry way that supposed to be I'm the one who is angry right now cause he didn't let me finish writing some notes...

When the taxi stop in front of Park's house I quickly went out and did not wait for him, I walk straight to the kitchen to get something to drink

"Auntie...we're home" I yell but no one respond I just shrugged and walk toward the refrigerator but before I could open it, I saw a sticky note with a letter on it

"Love birds, mom was out for a friend meeting so you two are responsible to the house for now"

Ow great we're alone in the house and we're currently in an awkward situation right now...

I grab a bottle of water and decided to just take it to my room, but when I was to go up stairs, Chanyeol is going down...we both avoided each other's gaze and walk pass each other

Right after I changed my clothes my stomach growl loudly "Right, I haven't put something inside you" I talk to my grumbling stomach while walking to the door and when I open it I was shock when I saw Chanyeol standing there about to knock to my door

"I...uhm, let's eat" he said before turning his back and walk down stairs, I just followed him until we reach the dining table amd sit across each other and started to each silently

It hurts being in this kind of situation, I will honestly say that I miss talking to him cause I am busy reviewing just to achieve having a first date with him....but what's happening now

"Just put your plate on the sink, I'll wash it later" he plainly said and walk towards the sink putting his empty plates there before walking in the living room and turn on the TV

After I eat, I put my plates on the sink, I sit beside him awkwardly and there's a meter gap between us, the only noise that can be hear inside the house is the noise from the TV

I hate our situation right now, I mean vocally fighting is better cause you both know will tell what's wrong and can easily fixed it, but a silent war? It hurts cause you never know what's going to do to solve this...

I glance on his side and he was just firmly watching the TV show, I cannot take this anymore, I stradle to him and hug his neck hurrying my face to his shoulder and before I knew it I was already sobbing

"Let's not fight anymore hmn...it bothers me so much,I'm sorry for not talking to you lately...I just want to work hard to have a date with you" I said between my sob and hug him more...I felt his arms circles around my waist and pulling me tighter to him...

"I'm sorry, I understand...don't cry now" he push me lightly to break our hug and he cupped my face wiping my tears with his thumbs

"Look what happen, you made your own eyes puffy and your nose as red as Rudolf's nose" he brush my hair back with his fingers that makes me sleepy

"It's your fault too...next time don't treat me that way again, it hurts when you fight me with silence" he just nodded and circles his arms around my waist again and lean towards my ear that made me shivers cause I felt his hot breath through my ears

"Baek....you're so heavy" he whispers to me before laughing out loud

"YAH!! I HATE YOU!! IM NOT HEAVY!"
