Valentine's day special - Zane

Zane had no idea what to get you, he realized with a jolt. How could he not know what to get his girlfriend for the most romantic day of the year?
But then again..... How could you expect him to know?
Anything he thought of just didn't seem right. Either it was over done, not good enough, or just not as special as you were to him.
He didn't just want to get you a necklace and slap a bow on it. Or any piece of jewelry for that matter. He wanted to be creative for your first Valentine's day together.
After scrapping at least his two thousandth idea (he kept count up until two thousand and eighty six) he sighed. Maybe he was over thinking it?
Then he thought of you, and your beautiful e/c eyes, and your breathtaking smile.
He definitely wasn't over thinking it.

You didn't know what you were expecting when you got home today, but it definitely was this.
Zane.
Standing at door way.
"Uh, Zane.... How did you get into my house?" You questioned. He blushed and quickly changed the topic.
"Happy Valentine's day!"
"......that's tomorrow."
Zane's face went even more red. How could he mess up the date? You just laughed and walked past him into your house, but not before kissing his cheek.
"You're too cute sometimes." You said, setting your bag down.
His heart started to beat faster. He better just do it now, then, since he was already here.
"Y/n... I didn't get you anything for Valentine's day.... But I did at the same time."
You looked at him, confused. "What do you mean?"
Zane took a breath. "I mean, nothing I though of suited you. All those things I came up with- jewelry, candy, flowers- they do not last forever. I wanted to do something that you will always remember, something that cannot die or be bought at a store." He held up to slips of paper. "We are going on a trip. I want to make memories with you. And they are going to last a life time."
You couldn't move. A trip? With Zane? The first though in your head should've been, will my parents allow me to go? But instead it was, where?
You flung yourself at him, his feet sliding from the impact.
"That is the most sweetest thing anyone's ever said to me." Zanes arms curled around you protectively.
"Wait." You pulled back slightly. "Where are we going?"
Zane showed you the ticket, and you smiled.
Oh this was going to be awesome.

"Since we're doing gifts, here you go Zane!"
".....is this the Frozen sing a long movie?"
"Yes."
"I think I just re fell in love with you."
