He tries to get your attention - Zane

If you don't like grilled cheese, imagine something else that you need a spatula to make :)

"I can not believe this."
You cringe, still holding an ice pack to Zane's face (he didn't really need it, you just felt bad)
"I said I was sorry!"
"I am just confused. How does one slap another with a spatula?"
"It was an accident!"
You had been dancing around the kitchen, singing your favorite song very loudly while making grilled cheese earlier. Apparently, Zane had stopped by and was trying to get your attention for the doorway, but you didn't hear him. As a last resort, he tapped you on the shoulder, which spooked you, and-
You slapped him with a spatula.
It wasn't super hard, but enough to make him stumble back a little with a dazed look on his face.
Okay, so maybe it was a little hard. Or very.
So here you were, on the tiled floor with Zane, who kept repeating that he was slapped with a kitchen utensil, like he couldn't grasp the concept.
Zane sniffed the air, frowning, then wincing from the pain in his cheek as he did so.
"Is something burning?"
It was then you realized you never turned the stove off.
"MY GRILLED CHEESE!!!!"
