Kai decided that you needed a nickname.
You didn't know when, or how he decided this, but some random day, he decided to start calling you Dove.
You really had no idea why, or even how he came up with that.
It just came up one day.
"Why is my nickname a type of bird?" You asked him, and he looked a little embarrassed.
"Doves are beautiful, and pure.... They kind of remind me of you."
"I remind you of a white feathered, beady eyes creature who poops while flying?"
"No! That's not what I mean at all!"
You held up your hands in mock surrender. "Okay, fine. But just to let you know, I'm not as pure as you think."
"Yeah?" Kai raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah. The other day, I borrowed someone's pencil..... And I didn't give it back."
Kai blinked. "That's it?"
"Oh, oh! That one time I tried to sneak out."
".....But You got caught. On your first time doing it."
"Well, yeah, but-"
"Awww, y/n's So cute and innocent." Kai said, pinching your cheeks.
You swatted at him. "Stop it! I'm not innocent!"
"Sure you're not, Dove. Sure you're not."
"I come from the fiery pits of hell!"
"Mhm." Kai hummed, amused.
The next sentence out of your mouth definitely was not pure and innocent, and if your mom was around she would've made you eat a bar of soap.
