Yesterday, you were Kit Kat.
The day before, Sprinkles.
Before that, Cupcake.
And before that, Gummy bear.
Songbird.
Sweets.
Sugar.
All of them were past nicknames.
But today, Lloyd decided you were to be called Waffle.
You had no idea why he couldn't just pick a name and stick with it, but you didn't question it because it was Lloyd.
He was always hyper and sometimes made zero sense.
Lloyd nudged your foot with his, not even looking up from his comic when he asked, "You okay, Waffle?"
You looked down at your own comic, and realized you haven't even been reading this entire time. Instead, you were going through all of Lloyd's nicknames for you in you head. A new one everyday.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Just.... why won't you stick with one nickname?" You asked. He looked up at you, looking at you like you were stupid.
With that look on his face, you kind of did feel stupid.
"You mean so much to me, that one nickname isn't enough for you. You have to have an infinite amount. One just isn't going to cut it with you. You could say you're too important to have just one name, but I think that might still be an understatement." Lloyd blushed a little, looking down at his comic sheepishly "plus, you know, I like coming up with nicknames for you everyday. All of them have to be sweet and cute or it just wouldn't match your personality."
